The children's meal deal advertised on the IKEA website was not available, there was also no jelly or kids soft drinks avaliable.The soft drink machine was not working but they don't think to put a sign up by the fridge so you could choose a different drink, instead they tell you at the till so folk were going back to the fridge to get a drink, holding up the que.Also the food was only luke warm.

Great food portions the meatballs are tasty delicious food was nice and hot and had great flavour.

Food wasn’t particularly inspiring, very cheap but the portion was small and it wasn’t hot enough. Seating area was kept very clean and plenty of free tables

Staff were friendly when serving. Food was good, and was the usual cheap IKEA price. Seating area was clean, with plenty of tables available when we visited.

Food was alright. Service was a bit slow and the gravy had no flavour or taste.

Great service, staff were great. Food was great and covid measures in place but felt at the right level best booking when you arrive in store to garuntee a seat. Tables cleaned in between customers overall great experience.

Customers just dont understand social distancing nor arrows showing the way or literally bumping into you while trying to get past on walkways. Staff don't help as they do the same thing.
