Italian Express in Warrington

This is the 3rd takeaway we've had in the last 4 months and each time it's been excellent! Delivery is prompt and everything is hot when arrived.... thank you so much 👍☺️

The food is absolutely disgusting. Tastes like frozen food youd get from Iceland and even the quality from there is better than this. The pasta was over cooked and tasted like off milk. The pizza was burnt yet soggy and the pepperoni tastes off. The ribs were mostly fat nearly no meat at all. The profitaroles were soggy, cold and tasted frozen. The cake was hard and tasted frozen. Everything tasted frozen and soggy and off. Spent £45 and when we complained we got £10 back. Management is absolutely awful. Dont order from here you'll get bad quality food that's overpriced and you wont get a refund. They shouldnt be able to get away with this they should be out of business by now. The only thing you benefit from eating here is belly ache and you're on the toilet all night.

Absolutely stunning food really big quantity really think you should open as a restaurant would definitely recommend this place and great for kids everything was to are liking we will be order again in the future 👌👌👍👍

Pretty shocking. Ordered from here last night, pizza was underwhelming, chicken wings tasted like they'd been frozen and reheated several times, Lasagne was a mushy mess with cheese on top. Over-seasoned, nothing Italian about it I'm afraid. Lovely delivery driver and arrived VERY quickly though. I won't be ordering from here again.

Love the pizza, tasty every time, we use delivery and it is always quick, never had one late, staff is always nice either on the phone or on delivery and you can add a bottle of wine to your order! Can only recommend.

That honestly was the worst dish of food I have ever eaten from takeaway.I order from here quite a lot, but not ordered for a couple of months.What I have eaten tonight which normally Is one of my favorite dishes from here was disgusting.Sauce was far to rich in pesto and was a very over powering flavour which made the dish not good and the garlic bread was swimming in oil.Won't be ordering again from here very off putting.

Following my negative review, they removed themselves from just eat and then relisted so there are no bad reviews!!Ordered 19/02 through just eat, garlic bread and calzone were cold and we received the wrong pasta. I phoned the restaurant to complain and they said they would deliver a refund after waiting 3 days for the manager to call. We have not received anything and it has been over a week. I called them tonight and they are saying they will not refund us now as we have left a negative (honest) review on just eat. The manager was shouting and arguing with me on the phone. Would not order again and definitely wouldn't reccomend.

The company doesnt actually care about whats its customers think lets just start there i did give them a chance to just speak to me before leaving a review but they didnt take it so...... absolutely disgusting the worst food i have had ever, everything was burnt yet undercooked, all the sauces had disappeard so it was like eating raw burnt penne pasta, potatoes were solid and no sauce again i had a go at eating it but couldnt however what i did eat made me extreamly sick through to the next day it is a shame as at one time the food was delicious from here but its far from that now who ever is running the company clearly doesnt care about the food they put out or there customers! Just read all there reviews they speak for them selfs poor food, poor customer service! And the pizza is the worst!!!!
