Just collected some food, I don't like to give bad reviews but it was awful. Every dish binned , dried out , re-heated. Just vile. I should have learnt my lesson from my last review belowSALT & PEPPER CHIPS HAD BEEN REFRIED , GROSS. STRAIGHT IN THE BIN

Poor quality,only just warm,£19.70 for scampiamd chips and lemon chicken with noodles,will definatly not use again.

Good food quality but prices gone up again. That's me done here now sorry.

Just had chicken and sweetcorn soup no taste watered down . Prawn crackers were nearly stale . Spare ribs were very small and not enough of them bbq sauce was nice tho . So on that note I won't be going here again. Its back to the bottom of Hood lane they do get 5 stars just thought I'd give this place a go and judging by the reviews its a wonder they are still in business

We have used this place for years, but after last night, will never be using again. Chips dry and tasted like cardboard, lukewarm. Same goes for the the salt and pepper chicken.We complained, and was told to go into the store with the food, for a replacement.Utterly ridiculous. The reason we had it delivered to our house was because we had no transport, secondly, after a long wait for the cold food, even if I did have my car with me, found it a completely unreasonable request.At the end of the day, it’ll be their loss. We had used them at least a couple of times a month, for many years, and judging by the other bad reviews, they’ll be soon out of business if they don’t brush up their act.

Not ordered for a while because thought salt n pepper ribs were low quality kung po not as good as most other takeaways. Thought we'd give another go n ordered singapore vermicelli and other takeaways and jenerics in the past it comes in large round plastic container, now it comes in a small starter box. When questioned they just said thats how we serve it now. Not using them again.

This place used to be the best but after our order tonight costing over £25 for 2 meals and a portion of ribs (which is higher priced than a lot of Chinese takes aways in great Sankey) we definitely won’t be returning!! Everything went straight in the bin 🤬beef and chicken like rubber and the ribs, well what can I say, you would need a chainsaw to get through the meat. Absolute disgusting, tasted like microwave meals and not good ones at that. Don’t waste your money

I absolutely love Jenirics. The food is always cooked to perfection and the staff are so lovely and friendly. Defo my fav place to eat xx

Ordered here a few times eating something different. Not fantastic or exciting as you may think and it's not a cheap place to order out. small portions but customer service always a win! Ideal food options for a quick bite or lunch. Enjoyable but not my first choice.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, asked for it without sauce....Now considering other places I have been, usually it's a box full, probably close to 15/20 balls worth, so when got home to find out that there were only 6 smallish ones in a box is a joke, particularly as we were charged over £6 for the pathetic offering.The rice we ordered in both meals is also pure stodgeThought this was going to be a treat, but as it turns out, the treat is only for their bank manager.
