KFC Latchford in Warrington

Amazing service with yummy food. Hot French Fries and well seasoned chicken. Two thumbs up!

We like KFC in general but this Latchford franchise needs to step up on customer service. The front counter had a girl with braces with effed up attitude and scowly expression. Pay better, step up training and care a bit more for taste.

Sadly this store always has one issue or another last time it was they were out of gravy & wraps. Although I am glad they have resumed taking cash again.

Chicken is always lovely but one day we will get everything we order. Last time popcorn chicken missing from meal, this time hot wings and all sides missing. It is not hard to follow a list of what is meant to be in the meals/order but it is never correct. I even asked 3 times that everything was included, and was guaranteed everything was there. Very disappointed things were missing, the queue was too big to go back.

Never has anything you want cooked and ready. Last 3 visits have been up to 30 minute waits for chicken 🐔. This causes back logs if orders for customers. The staff then can't cope and get orders wrong which then cascades the problem.

Whenever I go to this KFC, they NEVER have any large cups. Won't process 2 regulars as it's against their policy, and every single time I've been the bag is always missing an item I've paid for. Shocking attitude from the staff always. Honestly don't understand how downhill KFC has gone. Someone needs to check the standards of this place.

This is by far the worsed organised KFC in the north west (just tops the Sthelens branch) . The staff dont seem to have a clear leader, left to there own devices and everytime there's a limited menu or the food comes slapped together.

I have had more bad than good experiences here. Always seem to be out of stock on majority of things except original chicken past 6 o clock. Awkward when It comes to ordering as can't make more than 1 order per car for reason being, only having one till? Not sure how this affects putting multiple orders through. Not had any other fast food chain have a problem before.

After working a very long day, my partner and I were passing by this KFC on the way home and figured we'd have something quick. They didn't have a lot of chicken left, but it was close to closing time. Despite this, Ryan provided top quality service, not just asking what we'd like, but had a great conversation with him. Didn't matter what we were ordering, we were just having a good time bantering with him. Fantastic service.

We arrived just after four on a Saturday afternoon, expecting it to be busy. It was not and the staff we encountered were the best KFC Staff we have ever met. They were helpful in picking the food we needed and ensuring our stay was the best. The food arrived quickly and was superb. Cannot praise the staff enough for our great experience.
