KFC - Old Liverpool Road in Warrington

Staff polite, food sometimes barely warm. Tables are always dirty, i struggle to find a clean one, there are never any napkins or condiments available.

Food lovely as always. Kiosk playing up and said the order hadn't been placed. Ordered at the till, ended up ordering twice and paying twice. Manager sorted it immediately, no problem. Thank you. 😁😁😁

I went through this KFC drive through and ordered 2 boneless chicken meals, one a zinger tower meal, and two popcorn chickens when i arrived home i realized that they had forgotten both my chicken poppers. not only that but when they gave me my drinks at the drive through they had forgotten one and i had to remind them to give me my Pepsi. The zinger burger was stale and the ice tea was not fresh all in all i would not recommend this KFC

Stood at the till for over 10 minutes getting ignored. Finally got served. Didnt look happy serving me. Then waited about 20 minutes for my food. Asked were it was and they said it would be another 8 minutes. I asked for my money back because i was in a rush. Gave me my money back after a huff and puff. Didnt even offer my son a free popcorn chicken for wasting our time. Shocking stuff from KFC

Horrified at the treatment I've just received at the drive through. Having paid twice due to the app reporting payment failed I arrived to collect my food only to be spoken to by several confused staff to eventually be told I couldn't have my food. I'd ordered salad due the hot weather and didn't fancy an alternative and asked for a refund which unfortunately wasnt possible so I asked for a note and perhaps a contact number. Again several confused staff and sliding of widows until a less than charming young man, Matty came to the sliding window who was more concerned with the building traffic than my issue of having to pay for goods and being expected to leave the premises without any form of receipt.The attitude of all the staff is to deflect responsibility by blaming the app which is apparently a separate company. None of this is my concern and only served to highlight how poor KFC actually are. Trying to make contact on the app or website only re-enforced how poor this organisations customer service is so I will be seeking a pull back from my bank for the amount wrongfully taken from me!

The nicest kfc I’ve been to. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was lovely and clean and the girls that served me where so lovely and polite and couldn’t do enough for me.. great customer service!

Dirty place, service very slow, nobody from staff in the eating area to clean so dirty tables, you have to clean and get rid of other people's leftover yourself, waited 30 min to get to small meals to be ready, while they served more than 10 delivery guys😠😠

Firstly, I placed an order online and would like to get the food by drive thru today. After the order is placed, the bank deducted £19.66 (attached) however I cannot see the order in the apps (attached). I visited to the KFC Warrington - Sankey Way (WA5 1AF), the branch manager told me that they were not allow online order because the shop is under renovation. She asked me to contact the customer service for refund.Secondly, I ordered the food at the drive thru window. When I back home and opened the food bag. Oh my god, there are 2 problems!!!! The first problem was the large popcorn chicken was missing!! The second problem was the Large Creamy Mash became the Large Gravy. Therefore, we don’t have enough food in this meal!!!

The best KFC in Warrington never seem to have a issue with this branch & with a good place nearby on the mersey (short walk away) to enjoy my lunch.

Really bad service, from cold and soggy food to order incomplete. Restaurant had voicemail !! said would contact me in 48 hours. 3 weeks later I Complained to KFC Care Team, that is the biggest laugh - should be Uncaring team. Firstly tried to fob me off saying I had to complain to 'Just Eat' I am sure the taxi driver didn't cook the food badly or pack the bag with wrong items. I complained again about the response and was completely ignored. Shocking service
