Phoned an order through gave them all the correct information only to have a delivery driver ring up and say he's outside when he wasn't even in our street half an hour after this still ringing saying the same then we ring back to be told they will ring the driver. get a ring back after we moaned about the food probably being cold now just to get a response of do you want us to make another and send it even though they couldn't find us the first time

I have spoken to a lady I was asking for a kitchen job she was soo polite it seems to be a good place to order food from here starts I giveaway to staff

Bad service... says delivering on just eat, got an email saying my order has been placed, then one 10 mins later saying it had been cancelled! I called up and she said yes because the delivery driver is busy... well then take off delivery option on just eat instead of wasting peoples time.hadnt used you before and wont again.

I got food from here the night before last, I woke up with extreme pain in my stomach and diareah yesterday morning and had sulphur burps. It’s now 4:05 the next morning and I’ve been woke up by extreme pain again like I’m having pregnancy contractions with diareah again. This place must be the worst Chinese I’ve ever been to as I’ve never felt like this before. Do not order from here, disgusting.

Don't waste your time here ordered at 5pm then got a text message asking us if we have made an order ..???? Well yes we did that's why you have our number and order to ask us..??? 18.15 we call after getting the message to be told it will take a further hour and a half so three hours for Chinese delivery I could have Tan China and back myself for one which woauld have been quicker a JOKE of a business first and last timeDONT BOTHER 👊

The service here is shocking, I only live 3.8 miles away to be told I live too far for delivery it will take around 2 hours for them to deliver? Hmm you work the maths out I only live 15 minutes away 23 with traffic. I've been using them for a couple of years but this has seriously annoyed me I moved less then a mile away from my last house but they can't deliver too me. Checking there website they say they do. Bad service and will not be returning to you!!!
