Marks & Spencer in Warrington

I come here with the Mrs so she could buy some new bra's. After taking like 20mins to pick what she wanted we got to the first till where there was no1 after asking some one after being stood there for another 5mins to tell us that till wasn't open, use the other till. So we went to the other till where a guy called Stephen served us. On serving us he made out to my Mrs who picked up a 3 pack of bras that one wasn't right n made her look like she swapped it for a different one if front of a queue on 10 people n spoke to her in not a nice manner. Not being funny but do you think we care about 20quid bra making out like we're a thief or going to steal it. In the end I made Stephen order a new set coz the Mrs couldn't find the same ones in store coz some1 else had stole the one's she wanted n swapped it for a different one. All the money marks and Spencer make think they would get the staff abit of training on customer servers. Apart from that it's a great shop.

M&S has fallen so far behind the times it's not funny. The cafe looks good, but it's food is very bland, and absolutely awful value for money. Not worthwhile. The seatings best views are of a sea of awful boring cars out the front. Staff are good but nothing else is. Clothing is stuck in a time warp. For men, If you want black, grey, or deep blue colours or simply like the "how to be boring and unnoticed" look, go here. It's no wonder they can't post a profit whilst Primark is thriving. M&S is still stuck in 1946, whilst everyone around them is in 2022. Also no attention to covid safety being made here.

We went here today 06/04/22 for breakfast and wanted to eat the new, smashed avocado & poached eggs, but we were told they don't have avocados!! I'm shocked. What a joke! Besides, their prices are so high it's ridiculous.

Very slow service in the m and a café. Two families behind me left the queue in frustration. Staff seemed extremely slow and unable to multi-task. Only one person making coffees which took ages every time. Person on till seemed unable to help making drinks so queue just got longer. Also poor selection of sandwiches even though it was peak lunchtime. Will be going to Starbucks or Costa nearby next time!

Although 12.30 everything we asked for had ran out. Poor selection of what was left. Staff looked like they going in reverse, very poor service, not what we expect from M and S. Would give zero stars but won't let me.

Lovely shop, great quality but dreadful customer services, unfortunately can't give lower than one star, if anything treatment deserves a minus 5

An island of retail excellence in an ocean of stack 'em high consumer indifference.This store exemplifies the M&S reputation for quality goods, top notch food, and customer service.We feel fortunate to only live 2 miles away, but would travel 15 miles for a store like this.

A great selection of food to buy, but somewhat spoiled by the Walt Disney 5 lane zig entry that's forced upon you. This product placement while you patiently shuffle along is bad practice and uncessary

Certainly the best M&S I've shopped at - shame it's over 90 miles from where we live.Everything possible under one roof; Food Hall, clothing, furniture, bedding, the list just goes on. Slightly confusingly, there's a café on both floors, although the upstairs one is the largest and smartest.
