McDonald's in Warrington

Food was ok today got the order right. Not best pleased with the attitude when asking for a book with 2 happy meals to be told you get what you're given

Drive through was closed when we arrived and the place was very busy. Only had to wait 15min for food which was good except the chips were look warm. Warmer chip next time please

Average food quality and customer service.Also got a parking ticket for staying longer than an hour which wasn’t clear. We won’t be going to this anymore.

Its a nice place but the 90 minute parking limit is ridiculous as the kids wanted to play in the play area but couldn't cause we wanted to avoid the fine

Food was good via drive through. Chips were just about warm. Spicy burgers nice and hot. However asked for extra gerkins twice with another meal . Didn't get them. Rang store. Manager who sounded like a teenager answered. 'Is it on your receipt?' 'No, then you've not paid for it and there's nothing I can do". ....no apology. No we will get it right through extra training. Nothing. Shame really. Not interested in customer care.

I have been to this McDonald’s franchise after most evening events and every time they have no McFlurrys or milkshakes. This is a loss of revenue for the company and the clients willing to travel at late night. Allegedly this is down to not wanting to clean the machine late at night but yet customers are disappointed and in some instances leaving without making a purchase. I would suggest the manager looking in to this and in future refrain from advertising mcflurry’s if they aren’t going to be available after a certain time. Very disappointing in the false advertisement at this franchise.

Rude dark haired girl with glasses this morning should find another job if being civil towards customers us too much to ask. I go to Maccas a lot. Rarely have I met such a rude cso.

I got to the drive through at night 03:45 and the lady said you would have to wait 5 minutes before I take your order and I said yes that's fine..she came back 8 minutes later..then I gave my order to her and asked for dipper sauce and she said hold on..I waited about 3 minutes no response so I drove the car forward to see whys no one responding and as I moved the car forward the staff was there chatting to her mate, so I asked for a manager and she wasn't interested in listening. Worst customer service ever as its happend once before and am not ever going back there.

Made to wait in the drive thru, the lady came out and gave my order to the car in front, then after the car in front had touched all of my food, the lady gets it back of them and gives it me, told her I want fresh as the meal had been touched by people in another car, the lady takes the meal back in just to change the wrappers on the food, all of the food went in the bin, will not be going again!!! Absolutely disgusting, they don't care about the customers at all!

I have lived around the corner from this place for years. The traffic, location, polluted air does not bother me. It's a matter of OTC, online ordering or however in store they get it wrong. How simple is extra sauce on a filo fish. Stopped ordering as without the extra it tastes like rubber
