Service good staff friendly. However the chicken was so dry it tasted old.

Wasn't very impressed.. The new ordering system needs looking at. Although you have to order over the app. The Internet quality was really bad.. It crashed so we had to order the good old fashioned way. It might be OK for our younger generation.. But I found it really exasperating. Doesn't make me want to go back

The chicken was more dry then juicy and the mash wasn't as smooth as I remember having it years ago. I went around 2pm it wasn't very busy at the time

Poor show nandos over an hour wait order was wrong them just smiling saying there's nothing you could do. Well there was a refund for even some of it would have been nice I've given you 1star but you don't deserve that.

Can't fault this place. Been a few times and it's just what you expect a good Nando's. Never had an issue and I was never disappointed.

Joe the manager was there he was good but we noticed Katie was amazingly helpful and very likeable personality. She is great host. Well done Katie, hope the manager gave him some promotion as she mostly deserves it. Ed and Tracie

Very clean, service is quick and polite. Possibly the best nandos I have had, some issues with distancing as it's a small restaurant but other than that it was great.

Sorry, but this nando's did disappoint me. I wanna give it a good rating but not this time. The only good I got was the Fino pitta filled with chicken was hot and tasty.Here comes the bad. We were seated near the window which I thought was a bit drafty but we were below an air conditioning unit. Then when my food came out, the chips were Luke warm & the rice wasn't to warm either. Combined with the cool air, my chips were cold towards the end of my meal. I had 3 stars above before writing this bit I've down graded it to 2 stars. Very disappointing.
