Nandos in Warrington

Place had lot of empty space but still told to wait 25 minutes whilst they rang people to come back for a table. If we are in the building and ready to part with cash common sense dictates too sit us down? Some hard working staff others clearly their for the free refills!

Only had 1 menu for the whole restaurant. Service wasn't great. Food was nice. Didn't stay hot under the air conditioning though.

Very busy but great service, food came out very fast and hot, what I like ordered the usual thank you.

There was this girl called Alex I think her name was… No actually it was Alicia with the red and black hair, she was super friendly when showing me to the table (the best one in the restaurant). She also was so helpful and kind taking my order! With her great recommendations - as I’ve never eaten here before she recommended some absolutely succulent mouthwatering foods! I’ll definitely be coming here again and hope to see Alicia back in the restaurant too. #GiveHerARaise

Cleanliness is very bad. The toilets are shockingly dirty. Stains everywhere and we whent up to get our cutlery and all the knives where dirty so had to wait for them to be replaced. Sort it out!

Amazing service from Meg last night. Best service we’ve had at any Nando’s. Our son has additional needs and she couldn’t have been more helpful or made the ordering any easier or faster.

Good food and a good atmosphere. Staff are excellent and the service and cleanliness is very good. It gets busy probably because its good, but unfortunately you can't book in advance so I held back on the 5 stars.

1st time at Nando's, but pleasantly surprised at the great taste of the food. We ordered thru the app and strangely the starter and main came together, so we declined the main at that time and the staff were helpful in not putting the salad under the hot light while we ate the starter. Still enjoyed it and if the meals hadn't have come together, then I would have rated 4 stars. I'm not sure if you ordered at the till if the meals would have been staggered, but it's one to ask about if you are going and we know for next time 👍

Cobwebs, burnt dry chicken left under a heat lamp for 15 minutes, no burgers, no wraps, no pitta, ice out of order, no spouts on bottles, staff on phones behind the counter. First bad nandos experience

No queues, quick service. great outside view from our table. Only issue is ordering the meal using the internet. Businesses that prefer to trade by offering internet orders should provide strong, reliable, free internet connections. Everyone was really nice and service was great.
