absolutely horrible service... waiting for 1,5 hours and after call they said we started later today.... NO sorry no apology nothing....

Delivery on time even though restaurant text to say they were running late. Meal delicious and plentiful. Delivery driver polite and friendly. Definitely be ordering from them again.

Waited an hour opened ribs barely warm Chips cold and congealed. I rang to complain and a female with the worst customer service skills said as I'd tasted it they would not replace or refund. She was very rude and argued. Doubting that my food is cold. Last meal from there for sure

Spent £70.00. On Thursday night 12/11/21, food was awful, Peking ribs no meat on them, and what was on them tough, Chinese sweet and sour pork tough, salt pepper wings old and chewy, nothing fresh. Mountains of chips whats the point of that?. Total waste of money.other items were ordered but just the same quality. Bright neon lights doesn't mean good quality food.

We love a Chinese on at the weekend. My daughter recommended this place to us. A change from our local.They don't deliver to our area as too far so we drove.Four separate meals. Quality of food very good as was portion size.Well worth a visit

Food is a lot better than other Chinese takeaways we have used. A little more pricy than others but that is what you have to pay for quality. We actually drive to collect our order as we are outside their delivery area. Portion size is good too.

I have ordered from New Summer Palace several times over the years whether it be over the phone, via Just Eat, or more recently using their own app on Android and they have never let me down.Never had an issue with their food from fish 'n' chips to special fried rice, crispy seaweed to spare ribs and it has always tasted delicious.As an example, this evening I ordered at 7:40pm, App said it would come within 60 minutes and it arrived within 25 minutes, piping hot fresh and delicious as always.I would recommend them every time.

Great food. The delivery isn't the quickest which is why I've knocked a star off but you can collect it yourself within 20 minutes. Amazing food though, the best in town for us

New Summer Palace is my favourite Warrington Chinese Takeaway. I have a severe nut allergy and whenever I have called them to check on the ingredients in a dish they have been informative, friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommended them highly enough!
