Orange Pizza in Warrington

The sad thing is I reckon your delivery drivers want to be the best but time is not good for food you need to cook something before it can be eaten I'm afraid to say yous don't knownhow to cook a pizza I'm Italian I know what a pizza is but take time cooking more than speed to get food outAlso delivery driver carried on contacting me after the food was delivered little bit wired and uncomfortable for my liking

Went today ordered cheesy garlic bread cooked fresh super hot, chips hot and crispy didn't go soggy really tasty not greasy 👍

The order was wrong when it arrived totally not what I ordered

Food was disgusting in taste. Wouldn't feed the dog with it. Chicken nuggets kids meal was flavourless and the pizza tastes like it has dish soap for a base.

Had donner kebab, wasn't that great , very greasy , chilli sauce wasn't to good either

Warm pizza, cold chips and cold chicken after a 40 minutes late delivery, called up to ask where my order is and the phone handler was asking me if I wanted a delivery or collection dispite me ordering 3 hours effort they opened, I asked in the app for a partial refund as the just eat app suggested I should the response from the restaurant was "no, we are sorry it was late but we hope you enjoy your food"Terrible customer service, cold food and never ordering from here again.

I go there all the time, I hear delivery is bad but the pizza is amazingly nice and cheap and good quality for the price so I like it I haven’t had anything else but my dad likes the chips

Shocking service. Been using this place for ages but tonight they couldn't even deliver to the right address let alone get the order right and to cap it all the driver had no change so no choice but to 'tip' an extra pound! Won't be ordering from them ever again

Absolutly shocking servive. Ordered a delivery at 18:30 & once ordered website timer stated a hour.After a hour & 20 minutes i rang up & asked where my order was. I was told it will be another 40 minutes because there was 30 orders before mine & they only had 3 drivers. 45 minutes later my wife called back because there was still no delivery & he member of staff was rude & argumentative. Was told my order would be another 10-15 minutes. 2 hours 25 minutes to get a delivery is ridiculous. Obviousley more intrested in making more money than a decent standard of customer service.NEVER AGAIN.

As a family we have had many meals from here. Most are OK. The meal i ordered tonight I was told it would be well over an hour. I agreed to that but what I didn't agree to it being stone cold. It was Saturday night on a bank holiday weekend. I've done the delivery job many years ago and nothing has changed. The drivers are pushed and pushed. Bank holiday should be more drivers or take less orders. Clearly they can't cope. Well done the drivers but unfortunately you've been let down by you being over loaded hence my cold food. I didn't bother ringing cause as always it gets me/us nowhere. I'll be going elsewhere in future.
