Petra Pizza & Kebabs in Warrington

Have used Petra countless times, always good. Tonight staff were very rude on the phone. Ordered over the phone for delivery hoping to stop Just Eat ripping them off. Instead We got ripped off by rude staff upping the order value and charging delivery on top. Disgusted Petra.

Great deep pan pizza bases. The meat feast type is the best. Then again, look at the garlic bread section. The one with doner meat in it is actually a Calzone. The guys will even change from garlic butter to pizza sauce if you ask nicely. Better bases than pizza chains at a better price. Quicker delivery too. I'm on the very edge of their area & they always arrive hot. My only criticism is that the standard pizza choices could be a bit more exciting, but that's just personal opinion, you might love them. Thats the only reason they don't get 5 stars.

I've been ordering food there quiet a lot but in last few weeks the staff became really rude don't wait till the order is finish they turnd around and starts making food with out making sure what exactly the person want to order and also we found hair in are Kebab and plastic bits in a pizza.... Realy not happy with the aticude of the staff. Not recommended

Lots to choose from, pizzas, burgers, chicken, kebabs and more. Generous toppings on the pizzas which are really nice. Cash only if you go in.

Absolutely Disgusting. Food Was Bland, Cold And Not What I Ordered. I Was Supposed To Get Shish In My Kebeb And Got Given Beef Chunks. Plain Chicken In The Kebab No Taste Whatsoever. Calazone Was So Tasteless And Bland That A Blind Giraffe Could Have Cooked It Better. Chicken Was Supposed To Be Spicy But Was As Spicy As Katie Hopkins. Definitely Would Recommend Everyone To Just Carry On Driving Past This Sorry Excuse Of Food.

Been a customer for 13 years , but you won't let me pay with my card over the phone now , well you just lost my custom!,not everyone has 'just eat' guess I'm gonna get a chinese from Emerald or a curry from bilash or spicy ginger , or pizza from pizza hut -all just around the corner from you and they let you psy with card over the phone !

Solid food for what you pay, I'd say the chips could have some sachets of salt/pepper to accompany them but overall the Beef Burger was pretty good and the Kebab was okay too.My only gripe is the delivery guy asked for £1 for the delivery which seems bizarre especially if you choose to pay by card which would suggest that the buyer has no cash on them, so I'd say include the delivery cost with the food the next time at least the guy was pretty cool about it whilst I got the loose change.

zero stars if possible,poor food - served cold lack of salad on one of the kebabs ordered. no size option for chicken kebabs very small for what you pay for.states on website free garlic bread spending a certain amount. only given when asked therefore didnt arrive. most places provide what is free regardless whether asked for or not !They charge for delivery if you live over 3miles.3.1miles still charged. no need for that !

Very disappointing, terrible customer service. Without any warning the driver asked for a pound for delivery for being over 3 miles away despite just eat saying that it was free delivery and it not being mentioned anywhere including their information section. The driver was extremely rude about the situation and did not apologise even though it is obviously the companies job to notify their customers about these things. We did not have any cash on us which is why we paid by card for a takeaway so we had to borrow the money off someone else who found it equally ridiculous. The food isn't spectacular, you can get all the same food elsewhere and at a better quality anyway, so we will happily order from a place that values and respects their customers and boycott this restaurant completely as our friends are now doing too.
