Piccolino in Warrington

Birthday celebration: amazing atmosphere, quality of food and attentive staff. Can’t knock it at all

We have been visiting this Piccolino’s restaurant for over 5 years, and every visit has been fantastic. Staff are helpful and the food is always great. Good atmosphere within the restaurant, tables are always set well, very clean.Would highly recommend, and will continue being a returning customer in the future!

Nice place with friendly staff and good food. Would be nice to have had a written gluten free menu for my wife but this did not spoil the visit.

From start to finish the experience was terrible, food, drink, service where do we start.I specifically asked for a simple request to congratulate my wife passing her graduation, this wasn't done other restaurants seem to be able to handle requests for occasions.Lasagne we was served was absolutely terrible, the pasts was mush everything about it, I've never once experienced pasta that was like waterChicken, pasta vegetable dish can't remember the name, but the chicken was freezing cold and the vegetable not even cooked.Drinks we requested a pink gin and lemonade, was asked did we want raspberry ot grapefruit and we specifically said no grapefruit but they still served it in the drink, which I doubt there was any alcohol present as we couldn't taste any.The beer was flat as anything no bubbles.To say this classes as fine dining is an absolute joke, a microwave meal wouldve been better.Honestly don't waste your time here, the place is a shambles and then the manager calls me to ask why I left a bad survey, but when I mention the reason why he says oh okay, I was going to explain but instead I'll send you an email.Terrible customer service, terrible food, terrible place.Would I recommend it, no I would not.

Excellent menu with great tasting food, service was attentive and there was a fantastic atmosphere. A must for quality Italian food !

Nice to have a Picollino's closeby. Nice decor, staff very professional and friendly. Great menu, great gluten free options but would be nice to have some more dessert options as there is only ice cream/sorbet.My only criticism is going upstairs to the toilets it's sweltering because of the kitchen. Going into the bathroom was even worse, no windows to vent or cold water taps. It actually made me feel sickly 😔

Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Food was amazing. As it was my birthday, special touches were appreciated. 🤗 Definitely worth a visit.

We love this place! Always book here for special occasions such as birthdays. The staff are amazing, extremely professional and very friendly and they are trained to really know their stuff. Nothing is too much trouble. Food quality is absolutely fantastic and just what you'd expect from a high class restaurant. They pride themselves on high quality local produce with a particular emphasis on local seafood. Highly recommended but make sure you book ahead as it's very popular.
