Prepped 2 Go in Warrington

Food was great but I was overcharged. Ended up paying £14 for 2 specials when it was meant to be £12 and only noticed on Google pay after leaving the shop

I didn't receive an order that I had purchased from their online shop. I told them that I hadn't received it and asked for a refund. They kept telling me for weeks that they were processing my refund. Then they told me that I wasn't going to be refunded. It took six weeks of following them up and explaining to them how refunds work before they finally refunded me. Save yourself the hassle and try one of the other food prep companies.

Need improvement I've been there quite few times. Twice my Salomon was really cold I asked for sauce on the side, I get sauce all over my food. Team need to be more customer focused and matchbcustomer needs.

Currently trying several health kitchens and this one so far is my favourite, great portion sizes, nice friendly staff, clean premises, very nice food, I ordered chicken, halloumi, green beans, sweet potato mash with Thai green sauce, Def recommend this place, well done guys, will be back soon.

5 star service and food. Highly recommend to friends and family. Would like to come every day but working all round Warrington doesn't make it easy to access. It's the best healthy eating shop I've tried in the Warrington area by a country mile.

Bad customer service when i arrived! I ordered 18meals for a week and I specifically asked to put the sauces in a seperate tub but instead of doing that they put it all over the meals and some meals are very spicy so i could not eat them! Also meals were not labelled so i couldnt tell which meal was which because i ordered it for my self and my girlfriend! Meatballs were not fresh but frozen, could tell from the quality. Also meal sizes are slightly too small. Meats were okay. Sweet Mash potato was peopered and spicy also cinnamon was added! Brown rice was tasteless and not seasoned! I would not recommend this place to any one as they simply cant follow instructions and food is not the best!

Consistently good, some of the options contain interesting ingredients. The sweet potato mash has a lot of cinnamon but the quality is consistent.Very fast if pre-ordered over the phone and price is very fair for the quality and quantity.

Good place overall, bit unsure of some of the sauces... I like to ask seperatley now as the chef puts too much on.. but food is good, cooked correctly

Thought I'd give the place a try and wow was I impressed the place is spotless and the food was amazing only 5 pound for large chicken rice veg and a selection of sauce. .thumbs up
