Rope and Anchor in Warrington

Got stuck on the M6 enroute somewhere else. Peed off, we pulled off the motorway and had a lovely meal. Really friendly staff and food was beautiful. Made a disappointing day much better xx

It's been a while but popped into the rope during a lunch hour. All new menu 😁😁 food was delicious and the staff are fantastic.

Great local pub. Foods nice, Tuesday is Pizza night! 2 large home made pizza's and a bottle of wine for less than £25! Well kept cellar. What more can you want!

Stumbled upon this place on our way back home after dropping our daughter off at RAF 4 traing, good pub grub very clean & staff welcoming & friendly would recommend it 2 any1 looking 4 a place 2 eat

Took my family today and i would never go anywhere uther than here, food was amazing and they make the best yorkshire puds, we all had different meals and all 6 off us had no complaints x

Been a few times now . Food is always awesome. Bar staff are pretty ok . Place is always clean and drinks are good . I do like going there but it can get busy . Been a couple of times when there has been a wedding but always found a table. Might be worth calling to reserve a table b4 you go . It is one of the good pubs and no scrimping . Outside has a decent sized car park. Don't recall seeing much for children but it is a pub after all. There possibly is a children's area I just never seen it . Definitely worth trying if your in Warrington.
