Saffys Sandwich Bar in Warrington

Visited for a coffee and sat outside, the ladies that work there were all soo friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Excellent service.

The most amazing sandwiches and salad boxes. Loads of choice, really lovely friendly staff. Don't bother getting your lunch from anywhere else. This place is amazing 🙂

Lovely sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. Prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly.

I called Saffys this morning to order a simple salad box for lunch. I was spoken to by someone who can onl be described as rude and unhelpful. I asked for a salad box to made for me to pick it up at 12 o'clock (11.30 when I called) I was told it will "be ready when it's ready" I was then told that what i ordered was 'too much' I replied this is what I order on a weekly basis, to which the reply I got was a long sigh, and also told I will be charged extra and they will 'fit in' what they can.I work locally in the Stockton Heath area. I buy sandwiches/cakes/salads from Saffys on a regular basis, as do my colleagues but more often that not I find some staff rude and unhelpful. Not all staff but some. I will not be returning. If Saffys is too busy for an order or making a salad box is too much trouble then please say and people can go elsewhere.
