Shawarma Express in Warrington

So disappointing...they said the delivery will take about 15 to 20 min....it arrived after an hour....and you'd think that if i waited an hour to get my food it will actually be good...but sadly no....it was cold and soggy....a freaking mess....so so disappointing honestly. I thought that if they took this long to deliver it would at least be good food or hot....they act like they gave the food for free not like i actually paid for it. Won't be ordering again from them. Waste if time and money.

Regular customers here, however, ordered on FoodHub tonight for the order to get accepted, we waiting the whole delivery time for the order to get cancelled last minute because the restaurant was apparently closed?! Checked online, its open until 10pm. They then re-opened on Foodhub immediately after cancelling our order. Also to add insult, the refund takes 3-5 days! Now ordering from Shawarma and more who have better reviews anyway!

Awful. Not what described. Ordered for 3 people. Got portion for 2. Ordered biriyani and in comments asked for chips or rice. So I chose chips as I thought it was extra as biriyani is a rice dish and sauce. When it cam it was just chips and no rice and sauce. Rang to complain and they said well some people don’t like rice so we put the option for chips. It is a biriyani! A rice dish!! Don’t advertise it if it isn’t. Terrible! never order from here! Food awful aswell! I would leave no star if I could

Used these guys for years and they've been brilliant but I've just had my ordered cancelled due to them having no drivers which is understandable but they've said my accounts been suspended for me violating the terms and conditions, my money has been taken and I think its ridiculous they can take money without having any means of carrying out the order.

Halal. Amazing food. Great staff. This sums up the place. Loved the food. One of my favourite places for juicy succulent shawarma. The fatayer is my favourite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price is also competitive. The place opens around lunch time. There is on street parking available opposite this place. Its more takeaway than restaurant as there isnt much seating available. Deffo recommend. If you found my review helpful then a like would be much appreciated.

My mom is a tough one to please when it comes to takeaways but she really likes this place. I do too. Good portion sizes for the price, good delivery time, good food. :>

Never order from here for pick up. It showed 5 to 15 minutes as I ordered and after 25 minutes when I went to pick up they said they didn't even start making it and would take another 15 minutes. I had clearly mentioned even in notes that I have a bus to catch and because of this I just paid 20 pounds for nothing. Had to go empty stomach for night shift. Never ever will I again go there.
