Don’t even know how to pick up the phone!!!! Would give a zero star but I can’t!

Absolute joke of a takeaway. The website states that orders over £8 and within a 3 mile radius will have free delivery, however with my order being £9.50 and living within that radius, they still tried to charge me £1.50 in delivery costs. When I stated in the delivery comments section that I wouldn't be paying this they outright cancelled my order, saying that it was "out of stock".

Wow just ordered food from this place turned up stone cold order was wrong rang up to tell them and the woman continued to argue with me then put the phone down great customer service enjoy the £20 we paid for your rubbish food

Delivered wrong pizza, and also forgot section of the order, delivery drivers attitude stunk "not my concern I only drop off the food". managed to delivered the correct pizza the second time round, after giving instructions not to touch the incorrect pizza (presumably so they could resell it later on in the night under the guise of fresh) . Still managed to forgot the other part of the order the second time round, however the pizza was that dreadful, i wasn't bothered to insist they brought the rest of the order

never ordering from here again made two orders one got cancelled but we still paid then we made got a phone call saying that the there was no address on just eat then made the second order off the sizzle in website and they took my money as well but then got a phone saying that the store was closed and didn't give me any notice on the website. saying it was down. on the website it said that the order was accepted and was made, this is not the best service and i definitely won't be ordering from here again i advise other people o the same thing because this might happen to you

Disgrace !! Ordered £25 of food on New Years eve to find 3 out 4 meals incorrect.....rang back the shop and advised them of their mistake and was told the manager will call me back , no call received. Tried again was told manager is really busy but she will ring back, no call received .I tried one more time a few Days later out of principal but was told Manager not available.No apologies no response just a very poor excuse from somebody who works in the shop to cover his Managers arse ! DO NOT USE THIS OUTLET YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Disgusting service!!! Food arrives over an hour late, driver has a wonderful attitude problem and the woman over the phone needs to learn customer service when she's doesn't want to listen to a complaint but happy to mouth off and hang up. Shame but wouldn't bother wasting my time anymore.

Disappointed to say the least. Delivery was extended from 40 mins to an hour. As for the freebie of garlic bread, there was a reason it was free because they were eager to give it away. Will not be returning in a hurry.

Ordered a pizza and a calzone along with a 9" garlic bread with cheese and a cake desert, the calzone was admittedly very nice, but that's where it ended. The garlic pizza bread was like eating dry, salty rubber and was revolting, and the cheese on the pizza also had the consistency of rubber. Fair enough, they obviously use a different cheese that must be a few months old, we just thought "Okay, it's not our thing, we won't be ordering from there again".However the worse part was when, about an hour later, we opened the toffee rock cake - i'm sorry the toffee cheesecake, and you guessed it, it was like a rock, completely frozen solid. No word of exaggeration it was literally impossible to get a fork into it. This is totally unacceptable so we thought maybe there had been an unusual problem and maybe we were given the wrong cake and this one was meant to defrost for about 9 more hours before being sold as something that was edible. We phoned up the takeaway and when we finally got through, after being put on hold for about 10 minutes (Being put on hold was literally just them leaving the phone after saying "wait whilst i get my manager") we finally spoke to the manager, at long last we were going to be given an explanation and maybe have the problem resolved.Long story short she (The manager) said to put it in the microwave (It's a cheesecake with cream on it) or to leave it until tomorrow because there is nothing she could do... Wow. After objecting to this and a short argument of around 15 seconds by us making the point that the food should be edible when delivered to the customer, she hung up. GreatWon't be ordering from there again, and i suggest you don't either. I guess there is a reason why they aren't listed on 'Just-Eat.'.

Absolute disgrace. Waiting nearly 2 hours for a pizza. Told they rang and knocked on door but this is a lie due to having to be buzzed in. Then laughed down the phone when asked to redelivery told can't redeliver even when they have been paided never again going there
