New land lady is FAB. Not my normal place to go - but now having a re think after popping in on a Sunny Sunday afternoon when everywhere else locally were full. Very accomodating and friendly - BASIC sandwiches on sale which at Β£2.00 is a little too much in my opinion for what you get, but nevertheless I will be returning. Thanks. π₯ Cheers.

Great music pub. Folk club in function room was an excellent first visit. All acoustic and all genre's. Warm welcome and good banter among the regulars. There was karoki in the main bar and welcoming smiles. I am impressed.
