The Charcoal Kebab House in Warrington

The worst kebab house ever! Never again…. the llama kebab was too greasy, salty and tasted bad! The chicken kepab tasted like coal… as if it was inside the coals and not above them! Never again! When did this place become so bad . The chips smelt an looked like old cooking oil it’s a wonder this place is still open never £18.70 for the worst take out I’ve ever had

This place use to best in Warrington when on night out you end night in here all ways go free can of pop and load of meat now of day you get as little as possible and no free can

Just had donner meat and chips when I got home it was swimming in grease I couldn't eat it . I've had food from here before and its always been good but after tonight I won't be going again

Food is normally pretty good here but they messed up our order which was online and its clearly listed correctly.

Absolutely disgusting, we visited for the first time tonight & will never go again, we requested extra sauce on the pizza base, this was ignored by the girl preparing the pizza despite the manager telling her to add extra sauce then we made the mistake of taking the pizza home to find it was literally charcoaled & inedible. Avoid this place like the plague. When I rang to complain, the girl who made the pizza insisted that we'd got the pizza 2 hours ago and that she cooks all the pizzas like that so the dough cooks. I was basically called a liar as we only got the pizza 20 minutes before I rang but she insists it was 2 hours as though I can't tell the time! The only option offered was to return the pizza to exchange for a new one which I declined as we don't drive & I'm not wasting taxi fare if she's adamant that her standard of pizza cooking is burnt offerings only. I don't know how this place is in business unless they have customers who enjoy burnt offerings and being scammed!!!

Chicken is vile, i spasificly asked the owner who asured me it was real chicken brest, to find out when i got home it was vile processed chicken, not only that it wasn't even cooked proper it was pink raw in the middle, strait in the bin it went along with the rubber stail probably yesterdays reheated chips, disgusting!!!

Don’t waste your money!! Overpriced. Chicken like rubber, donna meat looked and tasted like dog food. Disgusting 🤮 Never again. 1 star is too good

Whenever we feel like fast food (which we don't usually have very often for health reasons) the Charcoal Kebab House is always on the shortlist and usually wins out because of their great kebabs and friendly service.

Kebab was very small and not cheap. It tasted OK, nothing special but does seem to be better than most I have tried in Warrington sadly. I asked if they deliver and the guy said they would soon and if I left my number he would let me know when they did - he never has but does spam me constantly with unwanted texts offering discounts on orders.
