Cancelled my order for no reason.

Keeps me coming back time and time again. Delicious food everytime

After ordering 2 large chicken shawarma as described on the menu.... with salad and pita bread....We recived just a container only with oily meat and some sauce.I did call them about that and the answer was....YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE MENU AGAIN.....Very disappointed

Very disappointed ordered through just eat 615pm said be 35/ 50 mins ..took 1hr 45 minutes food very greasy salad missing .from order if you cant deliver a good service then dont advertise to say you can .I would not recommend

Ordered a pizza, garlic bread and chips at approx 8pm. The food was delivered at 9.30 and was cold! (I mean stone cold!)Called them to explain it was cold to which they said they would get a fresh order out in approx 20 mins.40 mins later I got another cold order! Called them again to which I was questioned "are you sure?" (Obviously I'm not calling about a hot or even warm pizza to say its cold I'd be eating considering its now been 2 hours since I had ordered originally!)I was told the manager was not available and there was nothing they could do, they told me to cancel the order on just eat... I cannot do this as was already marked as delivered... so was just told to complain to just eat! What a joke of a place! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered two donner calzones and they were greasy and inedible. The taste was so bad, just one of the worst donner meats I’ve ever tried. Rang to complain and they offered us £15 refund and promised to contact just eat. Contacted just eat ourselves and they hadn’t even contacted them to arrange this refund. Absolutely shocking service and even worse food. Would give no stars if I could.

Language barrier - couldnt take order over the phone so we went to the shop. We were given hot spicy chicken instead of onion rings. The pizza was so soggie we ended up eating with a knife & folk. It was a real shame because the pizza tasted really nice.

Never again. Sorry guys, but I need to find a new pizza place. Half hour too late (1.5 hrs of waiting). Lukewarm. Missing ingredients. Amount of ingredients for a small pizza on 16" one. Coke instead od Pepsi. A bag of salt in tomato sauce making it barely edible. Not even a simple excuse. Strike one, two, three, four... Nope, never again.
