The Green Dragon in Warrington

Lovely place, service good, but over priced steak, the chips cooked once too many times in the fryer (sent them back once but next lot just as over cooked and fatty), add to that a salad which was drenched in too much oil. Plus a pizza barely cooked. Maybe the other Mediterranean food is better which is the speciality but can't recommend the food we had at the price point

Having a brilliant meal at Green Dragon Lymm the food is absolutely delicious and the service is brilliant thank you to all the staff. Definitely recommend

A lovely quiet lunch with dad today. Just wanted something light. Dad ordered garlic mushrooms in a gorgeous sauce with a chunk of lovely bread and I had the salmon fishcake with a lightly drizzled salad, topped with a yummy runny poached egg. Lovely! A pot of tea each and all was well. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, we'll be back!

Great pub but on my last visit with a few friends who were vegan and veggies the menu just didn't cater for them so we had to leave and find another place. But the staff were extremely understanding and friendly about it and it certainly will not stop me and my partner from frequenting this place. I omitted giving 5 stars purely for the vegetarians and vegan of this world x

Excellent service( as always ) today .Food was excellent and well presented. Staff friendly ,lovely atmosphere. Our waitress "Jo," who has served us a number of times is superb Highly recommended the Green Dragon

Fabulous food and service.I visited with 19 friends from my local cycling club. We booked in advance and were seated together with ample space.Food arrived promptly and tasted fabulous 😋I'd recommend the Green Dragon for everyone. As it's close to the TPT, it's a great place to stop on your journey.

Nice and kind staff, lovely atmosphere, fod was amazing to. Really enjoyed ribeye steak!!

Always a pleasure to dine here. Came for a treat with my Son & Partner for my Birthday. High quality of service, presentation and excellent cuisine. Also fabulous Gin Cocktail Menu. Highly Recommend.

I ate dinner here last weekend and it was not a great experience. The table we had was squashed between two others which made it uncomfortably cozy. The food was poor quality (the worst onion rings I’ve ever seen) and the service was slow. All in all a very disappointing birthday meal.

My family and I decided to change it up and try something different from our favourite family pub in Chorlton and glad we did. The place felt warm, homely and inviting. They allow for dogs which adds to the ambient mood in the pubThe food and service was great and really couldn't fault the service. We had what I believe was the restaurant manager and he was very polite and courteous. The general staff who served us the food was also the same.The food was lovely and both my boys ate all their food. I thought the children menu pick and mix meal was something different and refreshing.Overall it's a cracking family pub hidden away in Lymm.
