The Hatton Arms in Warrington

Waited an hour for our food to be served....far too long to wait. Lamb was salty & chicken dry. Veggie roast dinner was fine. Disappointing as we have found previous visits really good all round.

Had lunch here today - restaurant quality food in country pub surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Great menu, fantastic quality food and a lovely cosy ambience, not to mention the choice ales and wine. We visited the Hatton Arms yesterday for the first time in 6 years and had wonderful evening.

Visited for quick evening meal, Been before, however it’s been a while. I must say, it had an excellent atmosphere, also very clean tables, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, this place is a little gem 👍🏻

Real old fashioned, good, country pub. Friendly atmosphere, and staff. Good drinks exceptional steak and salmon. Definitely recommend this pub

After we were told that our first two choices were unavailable (after we paid for them) , we had an hour long wait until our food arrived (we had to remind them) one of the meals wasn't as described and there was no offer of a price adjustment, a notice on the blackboard stated that the pub was closing at 7pm due to a planned staff night out, I think they'd already started

Absolutely love this pub, went for lunch the pie was fantastic. The Landlady recommend the salt and pepper wings for a starter and they were out of this world. Think I would have them for a main. Landlady and all the staff were fantastic and very attentive even with the misery of COVID restrictions. These inns are the backbone of our country and need frequenting often to keep them alive. Would definitely recommend 👍👍👏 five star service and also a good pint!!!!!

Very slow service and average to poor food. The waiting staff seem to avoid engaging customers. We had to ask them for every round of drinks. At no point did they ask us. Waited 90 minutes from arriving for food to arrive. They forgot one order so that was even later. Children's meals had a lot of dalt on the fries. Overall very disappointing as we've had good experiences here in the past. I wouldn't go again.

Just had snack at this lovely village pub. Food good. Blonde lady behind the bar was very unfriendly and unwelcoming other staff were very pleasant. One wonders how such people get jobs in hospitality

Excellent food; excellent service from all the staff. Don't tell anyone about this, because we want to be sure us and the dog (Inca), can always get a table. 👍👍
