The Kingsway Fish Bar in Warrington

Just been to kingsway fish bar under new management can I say thanks again for the food we have just pickedup 2 fish and a large portion of chips they were both excellent will definitely use them again staff really friendly i ask to taste the chips before buying as the old one where horrible chips were stale and scraping problem they gave us a sample theses where proper ones that had a lovely taste fish a little bit expensive but well worth the money will definitely use them again 👍👍👍

The staff are happy and friendly. The food was not so happy.We ordered fish, chips and sausage. The fish was nice, if a little greasy. The chips were different colours, some cooked perfect, others, looked like they had their toe dipped in the fryer. Gravy was too watery and the sausage was brown as if it had been under the heat lamp for too long.the prices are very cheap, and it wouldn't take a lot to sort these issues out, but I'm not sure I'd be going back.

Food is usually great from here, but the ‘chicken curry’ was a bizarre looking concoction and tasted and like it was from a tin; cheap cubes of boiled chicken and a very watery ‘curry’ with no real taste. We also ordered ‘chips, rice and curry’ at the same time and this curry was the usual, lovely curry you’d expect.If you’re wanting curry then order it as a separate item from the menu rather than the ‘chicken rice chips and curry’ option.Delivery was slow, but it was a Friday evening. Order showed as delivered on JustEat app yet the driver hadn’t left with it yet when I phoned up to ask where the food was.

Very busy when I visited, so I had a long wait for pre ordered food. The food was great, chips where a little meh. Next time maybe better.2nd visit jun22 - pizza was good, but they gave me a terrible pie (photo) looked like it had been man handed and then microwaved.Sorry won't return here.

Fish not to bad although a little greasy chips absolutely disgusting cold hard and chewy tasted as if they were dinner times left overs WILL NOT BE USEING THEM AGAIN

Not good at all chips were hard like been sat for a while and reheated won't be going again just not good. All went in the bin.

Fairly standard chippy to be honest. Good food, just very standard, there are better in the area

Ordered from that at 6pm, said the delivery time will be 7.15. it ended up arriving at 7.45 and the food tasted bland and overcooked

Just had fish and chips they was delicious. And the fish was huge thank you will order again soon. The delivery time was spot on aswell thank you again
