Fantastic food.Went out for a work lunch to a place the company had been to before. I'd never been, so went for my yardstick, which is their burger. The burger was cooked just right and really juicy. It was actually so big I had to use a knife and fork. Came with onion rings and fries. Couldn't fault any of them. Will definitely go again.

Lovely location serving above average pub and restaurant style dishes. Excellent service, relaxing atmosphere (no excessively loud music) and easy to get to.Menu choice is not massive but is of high quality. Only issue was that the duck main course was a little on the rare side. Would be a good idea if the waiting staff asked how customers would like it cooked in the same way they would do for steaks.Other than this though, highly recommended. Just a shame they didn't have Blue Nun on the wine list.

Love this place! We've been several times for breakfast and lunch and I've always had delicious food and great service. They are really accommodating with our little one which is greatly appreciated too. The rooms are also lovely and very comfortable.

Visited for the first time today, for lunch with friends. Lovely warm welcome on arrival and superb service throughout. Food was excellent and well priced. Everything about it for 1st class. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

The best burger I have ever had! The fries were fantastic. We also had to try the chocolate brownie with honeycomb icecream and the Eton Mess and both were perfect and full of flavour. The service was fast and the waitress staff were polite and friendly- even the chef came out of the kitchen & had a chat with us.Brilliant atmosphere. We will be sure to visit again & we highly recommend everyone to visit & taste the sensational food!

Been really fond of this place ever since it opened. The food is fab and still is.Sadly,Haven't had a good experience with service since it reopened. There seems to be no structure , wait staff don't seem to have a section which just means chaos. The last visit we got our own menus, waited 30 mins for drinks and further 15 mins to place an order. The place is more premium and will run out of returning customers soon if the staff can't sort it out.Great foodPoor service

So disappointed with this place. The communication between the waiting staff needs to be improved, our orders were constantly wrong. We asked for small portions which was ignored. My lamb was inedible, they did refund that meal to be fair. One of the desserts came with the wrong thing, again the staff appear not to listen. When we asked to talk to someone, the waiter walked off as I was speaking to deal with someone else. The manager came to our table and basically said nothing in regards to our concerns. Will not be recommending this restaurant. The food is under par, staff are unable to take an order without getting it right and the service was very slow.

Made a booking there to celebrate my birthday, got a nice corner seat and it was dog friendly. Plenty of parking, nice and clean toilets.Food in general was good the 2 times I visited, would've highly recommended if it wasn't for the tiny incident. I really enjoyed the specials menu of the lamb rump I ordered, with the spiced potatoes and tzatziki sauce. The Jerusalem artichoke and apricot salad was very very good, artichoke cooked at right level of crispiness. Chicken buttermilk looked good, chips were nice. However, one of our guest ordered the fish cake and ended up having food poisoning right after, seems like something wasn't agreeing.

Mixed experienceRoom was lovely, quiet and comfortable. Dinner was very tasty and filling, but the breakfast experience was terrible.Ordered coffee and a meal. 15 minutes later the meal arrived and coffee was still nowhere to be seen after asking twice.Breakfast standard has really gone down hill (see photo). Sharp contrast to the evening meals

Another great visit to the Partridge. Visited today 20/2/2022. Food was great, as was the wine. Lovely friendly staff and so dog friendly so we could bring our husky in to look longingly at our food!! Look forward to returning.
