First time we have been into the pub in a long time. Decided to try a meal after a long day out. Service behind the bar was slow and even the staff were complaining about how busy they were and not enough staff. The meal was not what we expected and some of the things were cold so we were not happy and informed the staff. They said they would inform the manager but who knows. We will not be going back!

Came here around 5:30 for dinner you are greeted with a lovely modern exterior and interior, we found a nice table next to a unlit fireplace which is a great feature to the place, even better they played some of the older music which is rare these days and the oldies are the best! We was nervous about the food as we have been in many pubs restaurants that have had problems or been “acceptable” but we didn’t realise just how spectacular the food would be, the portion size is beyond what you would expect, you get a thick gammon moist and not to salty with an egg) 5oz rump steak (cooked to perfection) a large butterfly chicken breast (again full of flavour and cooked well) 2 good quality sausages, a large mushroom the tastiest tomato you will taste, and a load of crispy seasoned fries. The peppercorn sauce is divine and tenesse gravy has a beefy bbq kind of twist, This place really deserves its dues, the food was really outstanding, best food in our lives and that is a big statement to make. We had a few drinks afterwards outside on the terrace and it was down to the feel of the place that made us stay longer. We will Deffinately be back and please keep up the good work. Well done to you all and don’t change a thing. Best pub food in Warrington by far a treasure on our doorstep that has previously gone unnoticed but will now be our regular place to eat.

Lovely service, welcoming throughout my visit here. Food was delicious and friendly staff. Will be visiting again in the future. Huge pub inside and out with lots of seating plus a sports bar area and function room. *****

Would give 0 if I could , booked a table 5 days in advance for 15 people for a birthday. Got there half hour early , the staff didn’t know we had booked and looked biwildered that there was a booking , there was no table ready for us and then said we would be in the Function room , basically we had to put 3 tables together ourselves , we got drinks and sat down and asked to order food they said it’s over a hour wait for food bearing in mind we saw people walking out before this , it was now 7.15pm and booked for 6.30pm , we had to ring round and see if anyone had any tables for a 15 people and we did mange to get one at stone mill which turned out lovely , we had 4 children with us and they couldn’t wait till 8.30pm for food , the whole experience was a disgrace , never will I return to this place , it’s the 2nd time we visited and the last time was more or less the same , I really got. No why I thought it would of got better in 2 years , silly me , advice to owners don’t book tables online and then don’t be ready

Have been to the Station House tonight to attend a community meeting. On our arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who were polite and attentive. The venue is well decorated, excellent hygiene standards, adere to all the covid recomendations and made us all feel like special customers. The prices are good and the meals are absolutely superb. One of the best meals that I have had in a long time, I will definitely recommend this venue, I will certainly be paying another visit

Tasty food, American bbq/grill style. Modern decor, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Shannon was very welcoming and friendly, warm hello on entering and very attentive. 👍

If I could give zero stars. I would. I’ll start from the top. Firstly, when we arrived, there was no staff to greet us and offer us a table. Which the signs in the entrance says. We had to wait 10/15 minutes before we was noticed. Then after we sat down and was given menu. Before we could get settled or even open the menus we was told that the kitchen was closing in 3 minutes. Which was at 19:30 and was told it was open until 21:00 so we didn’t have time to get settled, or even look at the menu, so non of us could even have a look to see what we fancied and had to quickly choose something. Out of the 7 of us that went. 4 of our meals were incorrect. One of the burgers was cold, and was given with salad when we specifically told the waitress that that individual had a tomato allergy. My girlfriends chicken was dry and almost inedible. Asked for one of the drinks to come without Ice. It did, which is impressive to get incorrect. As we’re eating and talking the waitress then told us to go to the bar and pay for everything as they were “cashing up” despite us possibly wanting more drinks or a dessert. Which by time this was sorted. The person who did came back to the table to cold food. So after all that, as we was leaving at 20:45 we noticed another table being given food. So we was either lied to by the waitress or they just didn’t want our custom. Either way, this ruined my grandmothers birthday and we will not be returning in the future. Also, the portion sizes are very small compared to what you’re paying for. Avoid and go Padgate Rose opposite.

1st time we have been since our last experience 2 years ago. What started off great with a nice touch of water and popcorn went a little down hill, drinks order taken then our food order a little slow considering it wasn't that busy. Starters came out which were nice then the food came out slow again not all our party of 6 were happy. Had to go to the bar to ask someone to take our drinks order as we had been there for almost 2 hours and only had 1 drink. Ordered drinks and they missed a drink off They brought out my Grandsons birthday cake (joint celebration mother's day and birthday )but hadn't cleared the table of the dirty platesOverall food was OK but the service was very slow to non existent fingers crossed this will improve before we try again

AWFUL !!!We ordered the food in advance as the table was for 17 people. The food arrived very slowly with everyone eating at different times. The drinks order got lost and only half the drinks were served and we had to leave our half eaten meal and queue at the bar to re order drinks. One meal came out wrongly named despite questioned and was told it was correct then taken off the person eating it and told it was wrong. The waitress then tried to pass the half eaten meal on to someone else. Some off the group had cold food served. Wont be back.....

Lovely venue, good pub. My chicken burger was a bit overcooked and there wasn't much Buffalo sauce but still tasted nice. Loved the blooming onion.
