Service took a long time on a busy bank holiday Monday. A few things had run out and the food wasn't all hot. We enjoyed it though and a kids play area was a huge bonus. We will go again when it's quieter.

Nice food, unfortunately we went at a very busy time, long wait for food, but wasn't a problem.

For the Second time me and my friends have been left waiting surrounded by plates for over 30 minutes waiting for our deserts that didn't arrive until we complained THEN the Creme Egg offer over 5.00 was half filled with cream quite empty. Very disappointed. The service is normally great but this latest episode has left an impression on me. Not Happy at all.

Food was really nice! It came hot and on a hot plate ! Staff very nice and will do anything for you! I recommend the Winwick Quay pub!

Sorry excuse for a burger dry, bland and tiny. Fish had soggy batter. Chips was best thing about it. Maybe it was because of the 2 meal deal. Staff were friendly enough though so some saving grace.

We come here for breakfast and sometimes dinner whenever we stay at the premier inn and are always impressed with the food, hot and tasty with good variety. However the best bit is the service from Heather, what a delightful lady, she always makes us feel like we are in her home and she cannot do enough to make you feel as if you are the most important people here, she is what will keep people returning.

Me and my son came here on Friday 18th Feb around lunch time. As soon as we arrived we was greeted by a very Lovley lady who was very welcoming. When ordering I asked if a few things could be put separate as my son can be fussy. This was no problem for them and they did this. Also got a 25% voucher off to use in the next 10 days. We will be back :)

First time eating here and I have to say it was delicious, myself and my husband really enjoyed our meals, my smothered chicken was juicy and very tasty, my husband said his mac n cheese topped burger was delicious. There was plenty of food on the plate and it was nice and hot. We will certainly be visiting again.

Went for breakfast, service was awful, cooked food took ages to arrive (even though there must have only been about 6 tables). The cooked food was nice though. Coffee machine broken so only instant available. Probably would go somewhere else

Not the warmest of welcomes by any means, no enthusiasm whatsoever offered by any staff.... Although disappointing can live with this... No table feedback check, no offer of dessert when main meal plates uplifted (just no enthusiasm or interaction), but by far the worst experience is the portion sizes... they were diabolical. On comparison to portion sizes in Greenock, this was a truly measly offer... The custard in Caramel Apple Betty was literally 3 dessert spoonfulls... at best. Meals themselves were lovely & the place looked clean enough. But 2 stars is best experience rating I would give for this location.
