Trigger Pond in Warrington

I had no hesitation in inviting my grandson and his young lady to the Trigger Pond. Making the arrangements was easy. The staff was very friendly in their approach and dealing with our orders and the meal was outstanding the table setting and the room was airy and comfortable and my grandson and his young lady enjoyed their meals and the settings were excellent and would take them again any time they came to visit us. So thank you Trigger Pond

Just been for a catch up with colleagues from work before we break up for Easter. The pub is spotless it is warm and inviting , the hospitality was first class the food served hot and quickly , great range of drinks available all the staff were incredibly polite even though it was busy. Thank you for a great afternoon

I've not been to the Trigger Pond for years but came in with my friend after being on Great Sankey Market. I wasn't disappointed. The food came really quick and was lovely. Everything was cooked perfectly. The staff couldn't do enough for you. So friendly and really made sure we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend x

We were warmly welcomed by the Manager, who offered us a table straightaway. We had booked a table for four people earlier on that day.The Manager was very friendly and helpful as always.Sharon came to welcome us, take our order and make sure we were settled comfortably. She was veryfriendly and approachable, advising us about the options available. Nothing was too much trouble, and soon received our starters. Everything was fresh and we'll cooked. The value for money was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We will definitely be returning! Sharon was particularly helpful as she remembered that I used to work for the NHS and arranged for my party to receive the discount available.

Reserved a table on line,on arrival was greet by a smiling and friendly young lady who showed us to our table. Felt sorry for the young lady as she was on her own and trying to serve at the bar,take orders and serve to the tables. Found Trigger Pond very clean and although only one person there service was still excellent. Our food was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. Could not fault it. Enjoyed it so much I went on line and booked a table for Sunday 6th Feb. Have already recommend Trigger Pond to friends.

Me and my dad went for lunch they had a fabulous Sunday deal of 2 for 1 👌👌 friendly staff,great food. Cooked to perfection. Very quick service. Definitely recommend for couples or families alike 👌👌

We went earlier today. Around 4pm. Staff were friendly and speed of service great 👍my partner said the hunters chicken was a bit dry..could have done with a bit more sauce/juice over it. I had cheesy garlic bread and chips. Was lovely. The garlic bread was so good. Really tasty.

From walking in to eating the staff where amazing. They where so friendly and courteous it was a lovely atmosphere and made us feel really special on Christmas Day. They done a brilliant job especially with there being 25 of us! If I could change one thing it would have been the range of food they offered on Christmas Day I understand a set menu but I think especially for children it is very limited.

So Christmas Dinner this year was at the Trigger Pond and they really hit the mark. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service brilliant and the food was just perfect.We had an early sitting booked at 11.45am and where the first to arrive, we were met at the door and shown to our table, drinks order taken quickly and served just as quick and the first course came out not much after, a short break and out came turkey and all the trimmings including a Yorkshire pudding which was an unexpected addition, literally what we had ordered was placed in front of us with no issues and the food was delicious, perfectly cooked and piping hot, followed by desert and coffee to finish.All in All a superb meal, lovely setting and fantastic staff, we would have no hesitation in returning for Christmas lunch next year.

I love this pub. The staff are always very welcoming and attentive. Food is simple pub food, very tasty and at good value for money.F.e, we arrived last night quite late, just as everything was being switched off in the kitchen, but chef Mike did not turn us away and we had amazing, perfectly cooked steak out and served within less than 10 minutes!I highly recommend this pub whether it's just a pint or two, or family lunch/dinner.
