Great food good choice of menu always hot brilliant helpfull staff and you do not have a long wait

Extremely dry dishes, salt & pepper chips which hardly had any pepper in them and incompetent manager who was trying to explain the reason for the ‘dryness’ due to rice/noodles absorbing the sauce. £50 down the drain. Never again 👎🏼

No food but 8 days later still don't have my money back. Will not order here again. Previous deliveries a nightmare.

An absolute disaster part of the order missing ! waited ages for it to finally arrive but by then all the other food was cold ! so its an expensive night in with cold food. The manager could not give us a refund he told us we had to email them for a refund ! Dont bother going there

Ordered for the first time last night. Food was excellent and delivery was very efficient. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered at 6.55 and food didn’t turn up until 10.00. Staff not very apologetic and had to ask about a refund/discount before it was offered. Delivery driver also knocked loudly (we have 2 children under 3 in bed) and was already getting in the car when we answered the door. Food was lukewarm. Shame as food is really tasty.

Ordered for 4 people, when I called up with the order the young girl sounded like she wasnt sure of the order. We ran through it again and it sounded correct. delivery was late and when it came it was missing a meal, for the person whose birthday we were celebrating. Rang back and was told firstly the order was right, then that they had made a mistake with how they put the order through. Finally agreed to send a second meal. Then another call back to say they hadn't charged us for the meal and we would need to pay for it. They said although it was entirely their fault, they still needed us to pay. I've no proof if we paid the first time, so to make sure the birthday guest actually ate, I had to pay again. We spent over £50 the first time... Food was good but over shadowed by poor customer service and management. Wouldn't use again.

We have used the Stockton Heath Branch for as long it's been here and ordered from them at least once/twice a month over these many years. However the last 2 orders have been wrong....first mistake referred to manager (no response ever received.) Livid tonight that they got a dish wrong we'd plated it up before we realised (beef with chiles rather than beef green pepper) and were asked to put it back in the container for them to collect when they delivered the correct dish!!! Unbelievable, obviously no customer trust, delayed our meal, and consequently have now lost our custom! I'm thinking there's been a change of management. Hope they read this review.

I've ordered regularly, their food is decent but they dont respond to any complaints or problems with orders ever. I'm a fool for going back. I'd suggest Emerald it's much cheaper and they actually try. They think you are privileged to be able to order from them like they are a Michelin Star restaurant but you don't matter.

Ordered £50 of food which basically went in the bin. Took over an hour to arrive. When it did it was soggy, lukewarm and basically horrible. Contacted the store to be told as we had eaten some of it there is nothing they could do. Manager wouldn't speak to me!! Nice way to run a local business. We have been good customers as we like to support local businesses but I have to say their food is very hit n miss. Definitely will not order ever again. It's expensive too. You could get a much nicer meal for half the price. Avoid!!!!
