The food's OK, but the staff can be a bit miserable.

Tiny cafe (seats approx 20) with simple menu. Food prepared to order with generous helpings and nothing too much trouble.

This cafe has become a default stop on our weekly cycle rides. Lovely bacon and egg baps washed down with a pot of tea. Definitely a highspot of the day.

It was a bit busy as every seat was taken. The staff worked this well taking orders and preparing the food. Good size portions and good prices. The jacket potatoes looked lovely. Will definitely be coming back.
