Cock and Bottle in West Lancashire

First time here tonight for our 43rd Anniversary and what a great meal we had.The staff,service and quality of food was excellent.Settled the bill with the "boss"who really appreciated our custom and commentsMoments like that matter.Thank you team and see you soon.

Not been in for a long time but really enjoyed our visit staff were great and food was fantastic will be back .

Food was well presented ,fish and chips was good but the lasagne was very bland,more like a frozen meal than a home made one

I've lived in the village all my life and have seen many transformations of this much loved pub. But at the minute it is unfortunately falling short! And it is the smallest of things that would make a big difference. Light the fires. Light the candels. Keep the heating on. It was cold.. unwelcoming...and without atmosphere. The food was ok.. but very overpriced. Come on Fayre Inns, you can do better!

Food on point and plenty to choose from the menu! Great selection of beers...decent prices. Service is brilliant 🍻

Went here for the first time last night with my girlfriend and her Mum and Dad. Great location in the heart of Tarleton town centre with friendly and professional service from staff, great drinks and a great quiz! Highly recommended!! :D

We popped in for lunch after visiting the seeing Santa at the West Lancashire Light Railway. The service was great and the food was amazing. I would recommend popping in here as the look and feel is lovely. 👌👌👌

This establishment is so much better after the refurbishment.The internal decor is very well designed and the menu has improved greatly.We had the light bites meal deal (starter and main for £10); staryed with Southern fried chicken goujons and Haloumi fries, gammon steam and chicken caesar salad for mains.Very nice food and the staff were friendly and very helpful.*repeat visit Nov 19. If anything this place has got better as the months have gone by, adapted well to the village and keep the menu fresh.This visit we had: Toad in the Hole and a Tennessee Burger... delicious 😁

Absolute Gem of a place, twice in the last 3 days have been here. Service cannot fault and staff go above and beyond. Food is amazing. Definitely worth a visit here.
