Costa Coffee in West Lancashire

Staff really nice the place itself needs a refresh

Went in for a quick coffee at 5pm while waiting for hubby to finish work. I can only commend the two young girls working they were the most lovely chatty respectful girls and considering they were due to close at 5.30pm i didn't feel rushed whatsoever. Also one of them had to deal with an arrogant man vouching his opinions in a very rude manner about covid. She dealt with it totally professionally well done! I'll certainly be back.

Drink and mince pie was fine.. girl serving was in her own as the rota had changed and there was an issue but she did well.Like all costa toilets they were terribly dirty, dont think I have ever seen a clean costa toilet ever

My favorite coffee is CostaI was in Ormskirk store at 11am on 11th November.It was great to see the young staff lead the way for the 2 minutes silence for those who give their lives for our freedom. Many thanks.

Staff were amazing in helping me find something perfect for me, even made me a custom drink. Will definetly be going back!

Great value for good coffee as always, great range of festive flavours (After Eight hot chocolate, Black Forest gateaux hot chocolate, Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate, Purple One latte).

Good location, friendly but often understaffed. Today customers had to clear tables as the couple behind the counter were run off their feet.

An amazing Costa, been so many times now.The place is always kept clean and tidy.Staff are very friendly, welcoming and chatty.The coffee is great, the selection of cakes and biscuits ect are quite varied. They even have a selection of sandwiches, toasties and soup.Will continue to frequent this costa on a regular basis.

Called in today for a quick drink and a bite to eat. It wasn't busy yet it took some time to get served, the server making me feel as though I was being tolerated rather than valued. A half-baked "can I help you?" She didn't even look at me. The person behind me in the queue was clearly a regular and was treated completely differently and I was left stood at the till as if I wasn't there. No mention of the cost, no inquiry to see how I was wanting to pay, not another word said. Overall not a pleasent experience. Most Costa shops have bubbly, friendly and attentive staff.

Tropical cooler was poor. Manager seemed a bit miserable when I asked to change it for something else but oh well, we all have off days. The replacement coffee was really nice. I go in Costa a lot but in Wigan so this was the first one I'd been to elsewhere for a little while. They had upstairs seating which I liked and the toilets looked clean.
