Heatons Bridge in West Lancashire

A lovely place a proper pub and so dog friendly always make very one welcome we sail down on out canal boat the moorings are next to the pub so not far to stagger back , just wish they would put food back on even if it was just a pot of stew with some crusty bread to dip in it ,

Nice homely pub. Popped in for a drink on way back from a shopping trip to Southport. Haven't been there for years and don't think much had changed in that time. If you want a modern pub then this is not for you. However this is a proper cosy pub with a lovely friendly atmosphere where you can get a nice quiet drink and a lovely snug to sit in.

Nice quiet pub on the canal. Made for a nice stop on our walk from Burscough to Ormskirk. Good customer service and a good pint. Dog friendly too.

Absolutely loved this quaint little pub, the lovely lady gave Harry a treat and if you know anything about me....it's all about Harry 🐾. So if you are looking for a lovely pub in a lovely area then this is the place for you.

Very nice place to stop for a drink on my way to Southport from Wigan, only ordered a Coke because I was riding a motorbike but was still nice. I sat next to the canal, was a good stop for a minute :)

There was a fair selection of beers and cider all in good order on offer. But just at the moment no food is available. We spent a very pleasant hour, enjoying a canalside pint in the sun.
