KFC in West Lancashire

Have used this place occasionally but our most recent experience using the drive-through (early Saturday evening) left a lot to be desired. Despite only four vehicles ahead of us in the queue we waited a total of 35 minutes (including 15 at the window) which is totally unacceptable.

Dont bother - With Ubereats and Just eat getting priority now, then there is no point going there in person - Self order machines where off, they where serving 1 customer every 20 minutes, and the queue for the drive through just doesnt move. Plenty of staff walking round doing nothing. Ended up going elsewhere.

Staff run off their feet, all working very hard, just not enough of them. Long wait for food as was busy and had quite a few delivery drivers waiting. Our order was correct but heard 3 customers go up to the counter as their order wasn't right.

Staff here are more interested in vaping in the kitchen than they are getting customer orders right. If you do go here, absolutely make sure to check your order before driving away, because it's highly likely the simpleton staff will have got it wrong.

They weren't even busy and still screwed up my order..... Just under £40 worth of food and less than half of it was in the bag...

Chilli Chicken wrap was lovely and hot, 3 piece chicken meal with drink was enjoyed by family member.

Just terrible order machines don't work properly and not giving order number.40 minutes wait for food plenty of grumpy staff but nobody qualified to clean tablesWalking in thinking about going back to the car and getting my overalls on to stay clean and dred to think of what to toilets would be likeIn a nut shell don't go here and wast time and cashwill not go back by any means just wow not in a good way

We went tonight and was in the drive throw for 30min to be ask can you wait at the front we did and that was another 10min, lots of staff in chatting away, and all we got when are order came out was a very unfelt sorry from a young girl. It takes 2min to get home from KFC to sit down to cold food, we will not be going back

Edit 25.03.22First time back in almost 6 months and these jokers got my order wrong again!!AND they don't even do table service even though they have the tavle aervice markers at the order points.This place really is the worst KFC.----------------Edit: 24.10.21Got my order wrong at the drive through, again.Of this wasn't the closest KFC for 10 miles, I'd never go here.-------------Got my order wrong twice.Went to the toilet and came back to my table having been partially cleaned, with my gravy and BBQ sauce poured over my food.

Absolutely shocking service.Can’t get the simplest of orders correct.Who is responsible for the managing of this branch???Once again, went for some food. Never again worse kfc ever avoid at all costs
