McDonald's in West Lancashire

Shocking service , went yesterday morning for scran women on the till couldn’t take a simple order down after getting to the next window I was met with the manager which tried to push me into the car park so they could deal with other customers the they was busy apparently anyways I won’t be returning on this basis. Took to long to resolve my order which was wrong

decent food but some prices a bit steep. i’d recommend coming when it’s not rush hours otherwise you’ll end up waiting half an hour for your food. also the delivery drivers take up the back seats now.

After driving past a ton of S#!£€, made up of discarded MCD's waste (from earlier scruffs....sorry customers). I ordered 5x meals, staff were pleasant, burgers fine, fries cold and soggy, drinks...drinkable. Atmosphere dire. Hey it's MCD'S, I guess you get what you pay for!

Always made mistakes but for me to receive 2 sausage mcmuffins with 3 pieces of sausage is a joke not 1 bit of egg or cheese! Definitely didnt ask for that!!

They were so quick with my order I was surprised as I had two customised items. In and out within 5 mins.

got 2 quarter pounders and a festive crispy chicken as a meal and chips and the drinks. only got 2 chips came and the quarter pounders were super tiny, stale, dry and cold, not worth my money! tired of this situation where mcdonald’s doesn’t deliver correctly, get it right or pack it in

Over crowded a lot. Drive thru without a doubt mostly get parked up to wait and we finished our coffee by the time food comes or milkshakes gone watery. Some staff nice go out there way but some rude. Food isn't always the same as the time before ie cold or missing something or too much sauce etc. But close so no other choice. And the delivery for 5 mins away cost the price of a full meal :/ some people cant afford it at allnto deliver it or stuck in stupid. 4.00 for delivery round the corner

Had to wait over 20 mins for food on drive through and when it arrived it was cold Also items on menu were not available Worst McDonald's ever

My last 2 visits have been poor to say the least.Tuesdays visit my order was wrong I got a cheeseburger instead of nuggets.Also no monopoly stickers with foodHad to ask for hot friesToday's visit no monopoly stickers and cold fries againFast food, convenient food shouldn't compromise the basics

Eating in is usually a good experience and the staff can’t do enough for you, particularly if you have children with you.The drive through though is a totally diff experience altogether. Almost always have under filled - cold fries, almost always have missing dips and & almost always have an awful wait just to add to the joy of the drive through.Recommend parking up & going inside to order, even if you are still taking your order away, esp if the drive through is busy 👍
