Nearly reviewed this place so many times but can’t be bothered once I get away from there, just normally put it far out my mind and swear never to go back.But todays adventure is my last trip. Order never appeared as usual on the screen. Waited for ages then went up. Asked for milk and accepted the offer of ketchup.Got juice with the meals after eventually having to go back up and finding where my order had gone.Sat down, no ketchup of course, which is very much needed as it somehow can bring the ice cold chips back to life.Left my 2 young kids at the table to go and get ketchup. Stood there ignored for a few minutes until eventually a manager asked me what I wanted. I asked for ketchup, which he give me one packet, but also told me I could have got it at the pump.I know it’s all about convenience, but I swear this place has never ever got one aspect of my order right. Last time ever. Only saving grace is that there is a nice lady who works the floor who is good with kids. She needs to go and work somewhere else.

Our server was fantastic, really attentive, he made sure we got the right order and everything we needed without needing to be asked. Didn’t catch his name but he had bandages on his arm so hopefully this finds him, we know how customer service can be challenging and hope he knows he’s doing a really good job :)

Missed our number, so we were waiting for 10mins. Then the food was lukewarm at best. Ordered a toffee latte....never again. Basically a cold coffee with spray cream on top. Key word was cold. Upstairs seating closed at busy time of 5:20pm. Very disappointed. Can not recommend

Stopped here for a cup of tea and sausage and egg muffin mealFood was hot, although a bit of a wait even though it wasn't really busyThe table and chairs were clean as was the floorI think this is a fairly new store and there is additional seating upstairsDidn't have a problem parking although the car park is quite small and as it's part of a little retail park and servicing other shops parking might be difficult

Don't know why anyone would give this place anymore than 1 star, keep thinking it'll get better but never does. Cold burger, hardly cooked chips, no coke, no sprite. Place is a disaster

Came in with a hangover, just after some lunch and there’s some child deterrent high frequency noise burning a hole in my brain, wouldn’t bother unless you’re after a week off work with a burst ear drum.Edit Update : same trip, been 24 minutes since I ordered and still not received a thing, shocking service get a grip.

Ordered on Ubereats on a Friday night (big mistake). Whoever prepared our order must have been coming up to clocking off as we had a stack of about 50 'were hiring now' leaflets shoved into our bag (I'd rather sell my limbs on the black market to pay my rent). The burgers had far too much sauce on them, like to the point they were unedible. We had parts of the order missing and on a whole the best part was the drink. Would have been better spending the £20 on a bet on a dead horse.

This is basic level for fast food. For something simple, It is good. Although, on other matters, it fails. Long Queues, unsanitary seating and lower quality food decreases my score for this store. My personal recommendation (#notspon) is Subway.

With the added app the experience has become somewhat better, you can order on your way to beat the queues and hand delivered to your table or car love it!

Worst service ever, twice now I’ve had to wait 15 minutes for my order. They had 18 orders backed up on the screen with half the staff stood doing nothing!The only person looking busy was the lady making the hot drinks, she couldn’t get any more on the order station as there were that many drinks backed up.I spoke to the manageress who claimed they had a system going - clearly your system doesn’t work!
