Very disappointed, from the minute I walked in felt like staff were looking down on me because I was wearing work clothes. Food not of a good standard, appeared reheated or microwaved

Went in for a bite of lunch today, I had an amazing club Sandwich and my friend a bacon brie and Canberra Panini, the woman serving us was lovely and kind, all in all one of the nicest cafes I've been to

Wonderful little gem of a place hidden on trading estate. Food lovely. Very clean and spacious. Good car parking facilities.

Ordered a birthday cake from Merlin and just wanted to say that it was fantastic. I'm a cyclist so I eat a lot of cake and have to say this was one of the best Carrot Cakes I have tasted!

Excellent value for money, really good quality, everything cooked fresh. I had full English breakfast. But couldn't resist taking home a freshly baked slice of Victoria sponge cake. All cakes and pastries cooked on the premises.

Hidden gem! This place makes AMAZING food, and I'm ashamed that I've lived in Scarisbrick for 3 years and never knew they were there. The cafe is lovely inside and out, spotlessly clean and cheerful. Extremely well priced for the quality and quantity given. Try the lunch specials, you won't be sorry.

Ordered a sandwich and cake platter for a business lunch which was excellent. Great selection of sandwiches and cakes. All fresh and tasted fantastic. Great service.

I love merlins as many other people do. It's a lovely bakery. All food is locally sourced and it's always fresh and hot. I would recommend it. Also you can buy home made honey and bread.
