Dined here for lunch today for the first time ever and all I can say is wow and I will definitely be back. All the food, the drink, and especially the waitress was absolutely outstanding. Went the extra mile as it was my mother in laws birthday with her dessert (see photo). Would highly recommend the black forest gateau ( my favourite dessert in the world) you will not be disappointed in anyway shape or form. Can't wait for my birthday meal now.

We always go here for a celebration as Tthe food is that good. Great service and all the usual drinks available. You can even book a room to stay and have a buffet breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and with excellent bathrooms. Recommended that you book a room as they fill up quickly.

Top notch service and superb food, can not fault it. I will definitely visit again. Wonderful setting too and the whole place has a real nice chilled family feel to it.

Had a birthday meal here. Lovely food, lovely staff, very welcoming. A really nice atmosphere inside the restaurant. Very clean too.

We went for Valentines Night and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything was first class.The staff were so friendly and the service was fantastic. We both had the Angus rump steak and they were both cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning. Only one mark possible 10/10

Lovely meal but a bit disappointing that there was no horseradish sauce since it's a steak house or jacket potatoes for people who dont eat chips.So then I decided to move on to ask for vegetables to be told no you can have peas other people have the salad option but I dont like salad smothered in mayonnaise so that didn't work.The steak was nicely cooked but I left the restaurant feeling hungry a bit later on as I'd only had steak and the smallest amount of mashed potatoes that was in a bowl the size of the palm of your hand.

I like Miller and Carter and I'm a regular customer. Unfortunately my regular place didn't have table available for time I wanted (I normally book in advance but this time it was a last minute plan). I decided to go to a different location and I chose Aughton. I'm really sorry to say it but it was first and last time myself and my family went there. Eventhough staff was friendly the overall service wasn't up to the standards we get use to. Food was served cold, we were sitting almost forever with empty dishes before anyone notice it. Kitchen staff was constantly shouting for food to be served as it was waiting long time. Hint to the manger some people can understand different languages and listening to rude words flying from kitchen wasn't the best experience especially with young child who can understand them as well.After waiting over 20 minutes for someone to notice our empty table we gave up on dessert and went to Mcdonald to buy some ice-cream instead. Well done Aughton

First time visiting here as our usual couldn't fit us in at the time we wanted to go. Will definitely visit again. Had a lovely evening, the staff and the food was great. Our waitress Vicky was outstanding!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thursday was a 3 course deal, and just as nice as I expected , fab service, nice hospitality, warm cosy, and nice draft larger, and great steak, get price, , tip notch.
