Miller & Carter in West Lancashire

The food was insane. Our waiter Eddie was friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal! We will definitely be returning. Thank you xx

We visited last night and was served by Eddie who was fantastic! He was attentive, efficient and very genuine and friendly. I noticed as we were there it became quite busy and yet he still kept checking on us to see if we were happy with everything, taking our numerous drink orders and explaining the different dishes. The best service I've had from any restaurant. We ate from the Steak and date menu, the food was outstanding. Also enjoyed the cocktails one of which was complimentary after downloading the app which was brilliant. We had such a good night and everything was faultless.

We visit Miller & Carter in Parbold around once a month for our date night. Even though tonight was extremely busy the service was fast. Our food was hot when it arrived and tasted amazing. We were served by a really nice gentleman called Eddie who were polite, Friendly and made our night enjoyable. Will be coming again next month.

First visit there was great. Ellie our waitress was brilliant even recommended the cocktails for my girlfriend. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Brilliant steakhouse and plenty of drinks and cocktails. On the pricy side, but well worth the cost. The customer service from the waiting staff is second to none.

Food was nice and tasty and we had a lovely time thanks to our waitress Bailey who was just the sweetest, attentive person 😊 we went to the bar to wait for our ride and we met 2 Emmas with the skittles who were super fun and caring :) food is excellent but customer service is out of this world, I'd recommend visiting to anyone for the warmest welcome ❤️

Food is excellent here , lovely open indoor fire pit , great atmosphere and in a beautiful setting the top of Parbold Hill with great scenery all around.

The second Miller & Carter I've been to in December, and this one was equally amazing, both with the staff, level of service and of course the delicious food. Tried some different items this time to see if they were as good as my other visit, and I wasn't disappointed one bit.Steak cooked to perfection and the other courses and the trimmings were all amazing.A young lad called Ross looked after us and he couldn't have been any more friendly and attentive.This chain has become one of my favourites now. Parbold and Lytham branches have set the bar high so I'll be looking to try another venue soon.

Great friendly service and food with a welcoming atmosphere. Was also great to see Knickerbocker Glory dessert back on the menu as a chef's recommendation after so many years.This dessert was always a favourite of mine when I came to this venue in the 90s when it was the Wiggin Tree. Clearly, it's been a request of many to return!

The food and cocktails were lovely. Service was very good and the staff are very friendly. The only issue was the signage for the car park was a bit small and with the premises being on the top of the hill it comes up on you fast. However, that's only really and issue if you don't know were your going.
