Food tasteless cold and all ended up in the bin and I asked for pittas separate but clearly they don't read the notes wouldn't be ordering again

Outstanding pizza and good fun with the Turkish proprietors. I have been to their homeland and so we had something to chat about. I shall be going there again.

I have just ordered two chicken kebabs and I could not rate them they were so awful but I am forced to give 1 star. Chicken was under cooked or burnt and most likely reheated and swimming in grease. Phoned shop and got no joy - apparently it’s the type of kebab we ordered. I ordered an undercooked, burnt greasy kebab swimming in grease!!! Would swerve unless you want food poisoning 🤢 disgusting. Viva La Pizza do amazing kebabs cooked fresh - my daughter ordered from Ormkirk Kebab House by mistake.

Really worrying the staff cant tell difference between chilli and garlic sauce. Ordered a mixed kebab with chilli it comes swimming in garlic. Ones white ones red that should of been a clue to them.

I got the chips with chilli sauce, the sauce is okay anx the chips were soggy. I also got chicken nuggets and they tasted as if they were done then left under a hot light for a while. And the onion rings were just soggy mush. I would definitely not be going there again and would not recommend to anyone. But the staff are very friendly, i just wish there food was nicer.

I don't know if the owners have changed since I last visited, but I asked for my usual kebab over the phone tonight, and drove to collect it. I got something different given to me from the norm after I paid the money. The chicken was around the same amount, but the salad was very sparse to what you used to get. I questioned the differences, and some new face stated "I don't care you're not happy, I have your money, throw it in the bin, what do I care". He then attempted to snatch the bag off me containing what I had just paid £11 for. 2 "roles" are now what they are calling 2 kebabs. Other staff came out of the back room, and tried to convince me what they'd given me was what I'd always been given in the past. I guess when things/staff change, it's not always for the best. The favourite kebab shop has now become a no-go shop for me following an angry and verbally hostile staff. I asked him on a few occasions why he was becoming angry with me, reiterating that I wasn't being "angry" with him. He looked like he wanted to punch me. I'll never go there again. There are plenty of other kebab shops in and around Ormskirk, other kebab shops where you are treated like a customer. Shame on you Ormskirk Kebab and Pizza, shame on you.

The chicken was dry and I'm fairly sure it was rat meat. It was questionable if the bones that were mangled throughout the chicken had more flavour than the meat itself. If you like chicken avoid this place at all cost. The only redeeming factor was the box it was served in.The donner meat was so rubber like it could've been used as the fan belt on a car.The vegetarian burger was like mashed potatoes in a bun and was extremely bland.I also ordered a slice of fudge cake with custard, the cake itself looked as if it had been through a tumbler dryer in transport and was smeared all round the container it came in. Also for 50p extra for the custard I expect more than just a single spoonful.I ordered this through the website 'just eat' and it arrived later than it was supposed to, although I'm now regretting that it arrived at all.P.S. I'm not sure what had more cardboard in the garlic bread or the box it came in.

Without question the worst donner kebab I have ever eaten. Dripping in fat, the salad was covered in lemon juice and they had the audacity to charge £5 for it. If you like your kebabs stay away from this place.
