Quattro's in West Lancashire

Very good food but with just one person waiting-on, the service could have been better.

Had a lovely meal here last night, for my hubbys birthday. food was beautifully cooked and presented.We had the fillet steak, which was cooked exactly how we like it. Staff were very efficient, and they didn’t hover around you. Will be returning to eat here very soon.

I've just ordered takeaway pizza freezing and toffe pudding plus no ice cream an not warmed up either waste of 21.80 definitely not worth a takeaway not happy usually have good food when I've been but won't be ordering again

First time visiting, lovely restaurant with modern outdoor seating areas. Had a 3 course meal wich was truly excellent. Service too was first rate.

One of my favourite restaurants! Fantastic food everytime and plenty of choice on the menu. Service is great and welcoming even when busy. I most recently visited on New Years Eve, and is one of the best meals ive had! Always look forward to visiting!

Great restaurant , great food, staff really freindly , fantastic menue with loads of choice all at very reasonable prices, really lovely waiting area to have a drink till your tables ready , nice modern restaurant with excellent decor well worth a visit ,we will be calling again, won't leave it so long next time.

Went for father's Day. It was busy but we were very well accommodated even with a large family. Food was immense and not a single issue. Everyone was happy with their meals and the staff were all lovely and professional.

Not really sure about this restaurant. It was really lovely inside, very nicely laid out and lovely decor. It was very busy due to the Christmas period and the service was a bit hit and miss. For example we asked for Fever tree tonic and were told there wasn’t any and then the next table was served with a fever tree tonic! I asked for a kopperburg or similar fruity cider and received a Magners original cider which was open so I had to drink it but it wasn’t what I ordered and I didn’t particularly enjoy it. My friend asked for a flavoured gin and was told there weren’t any and yet she saw numerous bottles when we were on our way out and walked past the bar. It also seems that we had a different waiter or waitress for every course so there was no continuity and it was all very hurried. We had no cutlery for dessert and were given forks to eat our ice cream with! I hate to give a poor review as My starter and main were actually very nice and were really well presented but the vegetables were way too undercooked for me and the sprouts were actually like bullets I could hardly get my fork into them! I completely understand that it would be busy due to it being Christmas time but the service just wasn’t up to scratch and I Probably wouldn’t go again. Maybe it was just Christmas staff who really didn’t know what they were doing So it would be interesting to see what it was like on a normal day
