Not been here for years ,had the giant mixed grill and wife had risotto we really enjoyed it cooked to perfection ,staff friendly and looked after doggies who were allowed into the conservatory with us ,

Never had a bad meal here yet. Great food and plenty of it. Friendly staff and a great gin selection. Not to be missed.

Fantastic rustic food, lovely prawn cocktail starter, beautifully cooked and heart roast beef and delicious chocolate orange torte. Loved it.

Fantastic Mother's Day Sunday Lunch all done despite a power cut, you wouldn't have known. Everything was perfect, great service and proper home cooking and catered for even the fussiest of diner's.... us.

Young girls don’t speak. Soup is definitely not home made. Stood in dog Pooh in the back yard. Microwaved food and the Brie wedges were out of a box. Absolutely not worth the money! Wish I’d have stayed at home!

This place tickles the taste buds and is worth a visit. You will need to book a table before visiting to ensure that you get a table.It is very popular and sometimes not everything on the specials board will be available to order. The roast beef is excellent well cooked and succulent. The roast potatoes are also very good and will make me up my game in making them. A good selection of vegetables also with the meal. Children can also eat here with half portions available, perhaps for a growing child you might want to go for the adult portion instead.The pudding selection is also good and o can highly recommend the cheesecake if it available on your visit.Staff still following covid safety and it felt comfortable to eat and dine here. Staff friendly and professional.
