Great pies and bread with a nice cake selection also. Friendly staff and the steak pies actually have real steak and not mince. Highly recommended.

We first found this little gem when we were in Rufford by boat in 2015. Since then, none of our visits to the area have been on the right day.We were in Southport for a birthday party last weekend and loaded up with cakes, bread and savouries. The quality is amazing. Thanks for putting some aside for us. Already looking forward to our next visit.UPDATE….August 2021. Arranged our overnight stop in Rufford for one of your open days. Still great cakes, bread and savouries. And a box of crisps to make the stop complete. See you again soon.

Discovered this place a couple of years back..great breads, cakes (and they bake to order as well!) as well as some of the best pasties I have eaten outside of Cornwall.I would have given 5 stars BUT last week when I went to pick up my cake (and other bits), despite your sign stating "only 1 person in the bakery at a time unless you are a couple" you did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when THREE people came inside while i was still being served.Was it because they were known to you that you did nothing? How is this supposed to give me confidence that you take health and safety seriously while we are still dealing with Covid 19?

I found this bakery after a recommendation from a woman who worked in a bakery in Rufford. Oh, and what a find!! They do gluten free bread and a plethora of other goodies. I have a grandson who is 8 years old and Coeliac and they baked him a gluten free loaf. I picked it up hot from the oven and my grandson Benny luxuriated in bread and butter all day and for the next few days. The other goodies were equally lovely and the staff are wonderful. I can't praise them highly enough. Keep it up Rosebuds staff xxx
