Fab little place, handy for the motorway, friendly staff

It's Starbucks what more can I say. Hot taste.

The best I've been in. clean and tidy as you would expect. When people left staff cleaned tables immediatey. Parking a bit tight due to its popularity. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quality coffee at a quality price. I visit often, but would make it daily, if it didn't cost me a tenner for two drinks.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff giving a first class service

Drinks were good as always, the staff just seem a bit miserable if im being honest. Almost like you are inconveniencing them by going in. Ive been a number of times and there has only been 1 member of staff who actually smiled and greeted us.

Never listen to anything I ever say... I asked for not too much ice in my iced caramel latte (I've got very sensitive teeth) and the cup was full to the top with ice so when I asked to take some out she said it was to late... I also asked for a straw but she never gave me 1...very rude

Last night 28th Feb 2022 treated awfully by the duty supervisor - different staff and the service is brilliant... I am writing to Starbucks head office with my complaint!

Depressing atmosphere! Such a shame as it use to be a relaxing place to dine. It is dark and dreary, most of the staff need a personality transplant (what is it lately with CBA young people who can't even smile???). On a plus side you have to exit within the hour or get stung for a hefty fine.... which happened to my friend on a visit here to support a colleague with ill-health. 🤦‍♂️. Profit before people😊👍

As you’d expect from this establishment! Pricey though but tasty all the same! Nice atmosphere on a rainy day!
