TurQuaz Turkish BBQ Restaurant in West Lancashire

Perfect…we ordered takeaway…they’d brought it to the door so my partner could pick up and pay whilst walking our pup, perfect cold platter chips and chicken kebab, I had the vegetable kebab I think, that’s what I ordered but I’m not sure it didn’t really taste chargrilled and they tried to put us off ordering by saying how long it would take, but regardless it was lovely and somehow the rice was the nicest I’ve ever had, it was really good as a special takeaway, perhaps a bit expensive, £38 for 2, but great.

Was recommended this place so thought would give it a go. Inside is rustic, some may think it needs a lick of paint etc but ignore that and just wait for the food to arrive. Outstanding. The warm bread which came with the humus was superb which led on to the mains. The chicken and lamb mixed kebab just amazing. If you are in the area and can't go to Shiraz Palace in Liverpool, this is as close as you will get for taste. Well done

Absolutely amazing food. I'm definitely going back in the future. Staff were very pleasant and provided a great service. Only downside is the restaurant area is small and it feels like you are sitting on top of each other.I highly recommend the TurQuaz Special on the Charcoal Special section of the menu. It's a selection of all the meats that are on offer. It is delicious.Free parking (after 5:30pm) around the back of the restaurant.

I haven't had a chance to come back since 2019 although I loved it, finally came again and it's as good as I remember. The only thing I dislike is that the rice portion is very little compared to the amount of meat on your plate. Otherwise fantastic, very tasty!
