Best kebab and pizza shop around by far.the chicken and donner kebabs with salad lots of garlic mayo on a naan bread are to die for.good tasty pizzas.it definitely is the best

Turned up at 2230pm for a kebab only to be told no donner meat.. Hmmm... Funny that they closed at 2300pm..It was obvious the lad couldnt be bothered! Will go somewhere else in future.. Absolutely terrible.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

16- Feb - 2015Tried 4 time's to place an order using "Just Eat" Never had a problem before as we order every now and then using "Just Eat" home delivery.Just kept getting messages saying "the order had been cancelled, the take away may be too busy or not deliver to your area" on a Monday night.As I've said before they have delivered to us on more then one occasion, so its not a case of not delivering to the area. Tried online help which was less then helpful.No idea why this happened tonight, and the last time we ordered they forgot our desserts too.Normally ok service, but get the feeling that tonight the people couldn't be bothered delivering about 5 miles away.

Never again staff are nasty food is disgusting and don't get your order right and don't care waste of money and time four times went there to give them chances bad experience everytime that's it now should be shut down worst place in ormskirk

Very dissapointing meal tonight! We use Viva regularly and have never had a problem, HOWEVER, tonight we ordered a grilled chicken burger along with two other meals, the picture on the menu shows 2 pieces of grilled chicken, what was on the bun did not even cover a third of the base!!! A mouthful of chicken if you have a small mouth. We phoned to complain and were told there was nothing they could do as we could not return the meal - the chicken was gone in the first bite and upon opening the bun realised there was nothing else there!!!! Very poor customer service and I doubt we will be back 😡😡😡😡

Vast variety of foods on their menu. Ordered a Meat Feat Pizza and devoured every bite of it! Extremely quick and professional service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to eat in Omskirk!!

You gotta try their doners!!! Pizza’s are obviously great but them doners are incomparable! Great service and friendly staff. The owner treats everyone like family. Been going here for the past 7 years now.

This is the worst service I have ever recorded ordering food. After well over 2 hours waiting for my food to be delivered, I received no contact acknowledging that my food would be late or cancelled. I paid via JustEat for my food, and when it hadn't arrived, I rang them, only to receive an angry earful at the other end of the phone. I stayed awake until 4am waiting for my food which didn't arrive in the end. I just hope people will read this review and realise how much of a joke this take away is, and I wish people can learn from my mistake and never order food from this establishment again. I repeat, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway

Usually good food and service, except this time I gave specific instructions over the phone where the driver should meet me (as usual, and nothing complicated) and he drove to the wrong place. After ten minutes of standing in freezing temperatures I rang said driver... and I got an earful. Being screamed at over the phone by someone isnt a pleasant experience at the best of times, so I tried to sound like I wasn't angry and reminded him of the little detail about the meeting place... he instantly shut up, drove there, and claimed he wasnt given these instructions. I cant know for sure if he was or wasnt, but what I do know is that certain members of staff have a real attitude problem, while some are lovely. The food is great tasting but it really is up to you whether its worth the gamble of getting screamed at down the phone for a mistake on their part. (Personally I say it is, but theres only so much you can take. Wont stop me from going back there though.)
