Food more often than not very good , a little discrepancy last time I used. Ordered king prawn and got chicken but no big deal ..food was warm and plentiful..delivery driver is a star ..always a happy chappy ..top marks for that alone

Wow, where to start... The service from when we walked through the door to leaving was top quality! The food was cooked fresh and well presented to a high standard, easily the best authentic Chinese restaurant I've dined in so far, and at an amazing price too! Amazing service from all the staff, will definitely return to Beijing house very soon!

Really Enjoyed the food and I found the staff really friendly and welcoming:). The only problem I had was that me and my partner was sat at the far end of the restaurant and I did want to order something else and after waiting around 20 minutes with no service at all and no staff in sight I gave up payed the bill and left. Unfortunately that's why I had to knock the one star off but we would definitely return and enjoyed our visit

Food was good. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant is a little run down and it was very very warm inside.

We’ve been here many times over the past 13 years, not ever had bad food, always tastes great and plenty of choice. We came on Mother’s Day this year, the price of the buffet has gone up a bit, but what you get in return for inflation is bigger portions, so to me it was absolutely understandable, everything has gone up, cost of living and working has risen so eating out is exactly the same, but these guys actually give you something for the rise- definitely larger portions! The starters we ordered were so big that all 3 of us couldn’t eat a main, which seriously we were ok with as we love to take time picking different varied finger foods more than a big plate full of main. The starters were beautiful and tasted great, the staff are sometimes a little eager to clean everything away, but once we’d said we wasn’t finished yet they left us in peace. It’s a small ish restaurant, does really need a lick of paint and a few quid spending on it, but it’s clean and the food is fab! We used to live 10 mins away from it, we moved to 20 ish miles away and still come back to Beijing house for meals- honestly; I rate it the best restaurant in that our 20+ mile circle.Great food guys! Nice to see for once your customers get something for a little price rise, and for that we’d absolutely definitely keep coming back.

Went here to celebrate my daughter's Birthday. There was 12 people in our party, the food was lovely and plenty. Buffet style but seated. Reasonably priced. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the restaurant its self was really cold. But 10 out of 10 for food.

We have visited a family in the area. We have chosen this restaurant as was very close to the place where we stayed. The restaurant is under new management and the food was just delicious !!!!Andy was very friendly and served us with very kind, polite manners. The grilled ribs tasted heavenly. We ended up going back twice for the dinner.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Booked table for 7.30pm, table wasn’t set when we arrived so the man who was running around frantically, threw a clean table cloth on to cover the stained one, and asked us to be seated. We waited, and waited, then a young girl asked us if we were ready to order! We had no menu, place settings, drinks etc..she vanished and the man came back and took our drinks order.Again we sat and sat, another couple were seated at the table next to us in the time we were waiting, they were given prawn crackers..we weren’t..we laughed at the total abominable service. We got given our drinks, served a pint of lemonade instead of a wine with lemonade..why were we not surprised, nothing was right! We finally got a menu and prawn crackers so waited for our starters. The other table placed their order after us but was suddenly served a platter of duck snd pancakes STILL in their microwavable plastic bag!The service was totally disorganised and if the plastic bag pancakes were anything to go by, we decided we had waited long enough, informed the staff of this and left. The restaurant was taking take away orders and trying to do too much, no regard for customer service. They need to train their staff, def avoid, we won’t be going there again, pity as it used to be lovely about 10 years ago.

The food here is pretty average, its really cramped inside and it feels like you are sat on the knees of the people around you. The staff are friendly however, they seemed unprepared and didn't know what it was they where bringing to the table. I wouldn't recommend a sit down meal here unless you are a small party, even then it may be abit of a squeeze on a busy night.
