Buttyfull Cafe in Wigan

Food came unccoked eggs so I rang the girl said it will be re deliverd I patiantly waited an hour none came I rang back the delivery guy answerd he wasn't bothers and unwilling to pass the phone to any worker that did have any information I am so angry I waited 2hours for food I was not getting and no one seemed botherd by the fact I had paid for something uncooked I am so annoyed that they was not botherd at all no costomer service will be reported to food hygiene with photo evidence this could of been solved if some one was willing to solve the issue iddiotsE

Food is nice but delivery fee is extortionate, even if your less than 1/4 of a mile away, £3.50 is far too muchI want to retract the comment above, after learning that it is infact just eat that implies the delivery charge and not the shop ! ordered today food came fast as anything and nice and hot too 😋 thank you !

Fantastic Cafe, you won't get better. Food is top quality, and plenty of it, prices are good too. Staff are very friendly. Delivery timing is spot on.

45 minutes late,which we did receive a call saying just another 15 to 20mins however 45 minutes later....Chips were burntHair in breakfastReally poor quality.Won't be ordering from here again

Love the food especially for the price it's amazing only flaw is when do you open and close because its half 12 now and it says everywhere that you shut at 2 yet I've just come round to get some food and your shut already and this isn't the first time.

Food is amazing, fresh hot and plentiful, staff really nice and friendly, would recommend to anyone.

Been here quite a few times mainly for breakfast, the food is always very good and always served with a smile. Very good value for money and would definitely recommend!

Called in for a bacon and egg sandwich. Place was empty which suprised me because i had heard the food was good. A sullen young girl greeted me with "yeh" which i assumed was her way of asking me what i wanted. Cup of tea arrived after 2 minutes. That was good. Bacon and egg sandwich arrived 12 minutes after cuppa. Pity i had already drunk my tea. Egg cooked perfectly for me. Bread roll was day befores. Im a baker so i know what fresh rolls should be like and when they are a day old. Bacon was half fat half bacon.
