Costa Coffee in Wigan

Use this place once a month as it is clean and coffee is good. The drinks have gradually increased in price and this week paid 30p more for a coffee than on my previous visit and is niw £3.05 for a small latte. Will stick to tea in future.

Nice jam and cream scone and a decaff coffee not bad at all 🙂

I mean... it's costa what's not to love. This is a very busy Costa and there is not usually anywhere to sit down, I feel like we need another store in Wigan town centre with a better seating area, although I normally takeaway, but it would be nice to have the opportunity.As it's busy sometimes the wait to he served can be a few minutes, I think I've waited 5 minutes before. The batista is quick and the wait for coffee is never too long.Love costa when I don't want too strong of a coffee. I like the coffee beans used and I always use your handy machines, which are everywhere! The app is great too with the rewards.

We had traveled down from Scotland and I was hoping to get a coffee and a long drive and the shop was closed when we arrived. Was quite disappointed with their opening ours unfortunately.

Half the drinks on the menu weren't available was way too slow, being honest since the pandemic all Costa shops have gone down hill..

Called in for a recovery coffee and bite to eat after running Wigan Half Marathon. The service was the usual Costa Coffee excellent. The coffee was good, the food was also good. Just a shame they had run out of my favourite Chocolate Tiffin.

Great customer service, friendly cheerful staff.Good food options, now m and sparks are providing their range of products.

Love the coffee and mango smoothies, a bit expensive but good as a one off

I had a very APPALLING visit to this costa, i ordered a drink and then after i got it it got spilt onto the floor they then told me and my friends to move and did not offer me a refund or give me another drink or tell me i had to pay for a new one, instead they made me sit down for 40 minutes without telling me i had to pay for a new one. Overall this was a horrible experience and it wasted my time.
